Purchased a Cube attention sl awesome…
Purchased a Cube attention sl awesome bike but had a couple little scuffs on it. Possibly from shipping. I am being extremely picky though because It was an almost $1500 bike. Service was good. When I went to pick it up and had the safety check, I felt it was a nice touch. However I would like to have seen all the bolts have some grease or lubricant as an extra extended courtesy. Again being extremely fussy. This is my second bike over $1000 from 99 bikes Lidcombe can't really fault them. Just would be a nice touch adding some lubricant to all the screws and bolts for a 5 star review from someone as fussy as me...Also I would rather wait to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to they type of bike I'm buying. My first purchase was a BMX and felt like the person I was speaking to didn't know much about them but they were trying anyway. Would recommend 99bikes Lidcombe still however. Very competitive prices for newcomers to the sport. I don't blame the staff I'm a salesman myself and the job requires you to promote the stock you got!!! Most customers probably haven't spent hours and hours on YouTube researching like me. Overall good job guys thanks for the fast and friendly service. I'd recommend lubing all the nuts and bolts for a 5 star review from me next time ;)

Lidcombe 99 bikes are the bees knees, and saved our Christmas this year with faulty threading from bicycles online.

Was blown away by the friendliness of the two female staff. I had bought online a jacket that was a little smaller than i thought, so i went back to get a larger one, and one of the ladies went to get it with a warm smile. Also their professionalism was top notch. Kudos to them. Apologise for not knowing their names but they know who they are! Thank you kindly.
