Order Monday, 3:42pm with express shipping, because I wanted my package by Thursday. Express delivery supposed to take 1-2 business days, but had the package Friday at 4pm.

Purchased a bike a few weeks ago. At the time, there were at least five staff on the floor, yet not one offered to help load it into my car. I’m a young woman and had to struggle for about 10 minutes. I even asked one worker passing by if it would fit across the back passenger seats, but received no assistance. The store was not busy.

I recently had my bike serviced by “Brendan” at 99 bike’s Alexandria and wow I never knew what a good job should be like till now as the service he did on my bike is amazing&finally my dropper post is installed perfectly and I can now utilise the use of it without issue,I have to get new Magura brakes installed in the coming weeks and I know where I will be going from now on ,”it’s 99 bikes at Alexandria as I cannot praise the workmanship enough, I have spent many a dollar at various places over the years and no where have I found a mechanic so sound as the mechanics at 99 bikes @Alexandria .”Thank you Brendan”.

I got what I came for, namely picking up the online and instore purchases. It was a Sunday morning, and the staff were a little disorganised and I largely had to fend for myself without any assistance. I reckon I might have bought more (couple of tyres) had someone had the time to help me.

Online click and collect order. Super quick to make available and in store team were friendly and helpful.

I thought the safety check was thorough and despite it being a cheap bike the bike technician really spend a good amount of time checking the brakes.

You can't go wrong with 99 Bikes. These guys rock!!!
