I tried to order a game but it only took my money with no confirmation of purchase and nothing is in the order list. Awful site. I strongly recommend using another site this is not worth it at all, it seems like this site is very poorly managed as you can make a purchase in a normal fashion so save yourself and looks for a better site.

They ask you send them your id info. I don't want to give it away online like that but you can't order anything then.

My First buy here: The Payment Process with Paypal was a mess. First i need to change my mailadress cause i use different adresses for paypal and recieving mails. This was no Problem anywhere else. The payment process stuck in the first time after i payed, i needed to pay a second time. The payment window is actually stucking, the payment was made and i got the key and mail confirmation but the window of the shop doesn´t show anything else. In the end everything is fine but the user experience was not satisfying just to save 2€ instead of buying directly on steam...

They ask for a lot of personal information. Never saw any site doing this. They threat to close the account after 2 days if not delivery all information.
They didn't ask back for missing information neither close the account. Sent a Email but got no anwer after 36 hours.

Asked after every step for more and more information which is not needed at all from a key seller. In the end they didn't let me buy a key because the registered email was different to my paypal email and after chaning the phone number to 'verify' was not possible to reuse, as it was assigned already to another user ?!?
