Hi Éric,
Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. While we provide you with ongoing funds to help you grow, we can only continue to provide you with those funds if you follow the contract we've both agreed to. It looks like you veered off the remittance schedule and fell out of communication, so we were unable to follow through with the rest of the plan. We know you're currently working with our collections team on next steps that make sense for your business, and hope to come to a resolution soon.

Super Easy Access!
The process of discovering information and applying was extremely easy and designed to be self-guided without a lot of reading instructions, which is a huge help when business is hectic. If we had time to sift through volumes of instructions in order to fill out a simple form, we probably wouldn't need capital! Thanks, 8Fig, for making it easy to get on board!

Super easy application, seems to me that this company is made up of well minded individuals looking to help people succeed, waiting now to see if they will be the one to actually help this thing hit the ground running. Fingers are crossed, but for some reason I feel as though I will be getting approved.

No professionalism, just a bunch of amateurs!
They are not professional at all. While they are spending thousands of $$ on their marketing, they are neglecting their operations! I received an offer from them, but after 2 weeks, they informed me that they were not able to offer any plans for Canadian brands. While I was waiting for those 2 weeks, I rejected offers from other providers because they said it was available for Canada. No professionalism, just a bunch of amateurs!

Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to give us your review. This scenario was very unique but we understand the frustration and recognize that it did not go the way either of us had wanted. We have previously worked with Canadian sellers and while we had added more restrictions to doing this, we really thought we'd be able to get your application fully approved, which is why there was a delayed response on our side. You should not have received that offer if we were not able to stand by it, and for that we apologize. Since this has happened we've worked with our teams internally to make sure this doesn't happen again, but once again, we regret this went the way it did and wish you all the best.
Best,
8fig Team

Hi Tanner,
Thanks for taking the time to write out a review. While I'm sorry you had a less than ideal experience with us, when I spoke with the team it sounds like your revenue was well below the threshold we're able to support, and that you had never gotten in touch with us directly besides one chat (which our Tanner then followed up with). We really encourage you to reach out directly to our team or follow up with the Tanner on our Account Management team so we can explain our decision clearly.
All the best,
8fig Team
