Never got my item

Never got my item. I ordered on December 8th 2024. I have not received my item and it is January 5th 2025. I emailed them and I get no reply. I used the Contact Us choice on their site and no reply.
Avoid them.

Edit: I did receive my order 9/21. Previous-I believe this site is a scam

EDIT: I received an email saying they were behind and updates weren't working. I received my order today
9-21-24.

I believe this site is a scam. I ordered a bag Sept 2nd and checked several times and Sept 14th it was still in processing but already took funds out of my account. Had to email someone to request a refund which I'm not hopeful for. Do not waste your time or money.

As mentioned on our product page and shipping policy page (https://84hoods.com/shipping-policy/), all of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, it generally takes us about 10-14 business days to process and ship each order. We understand that this can take a bit longer than expected, which is why we are currently offering free shipping within the US for all bag orders as a gesture of goodwill.

I’m happy to inform you that your order is now on its way and is being handled by USPS. You can track your order using the following link was sent to your email box.

Please note that, occasionally, USPS tracking updates may not be as frequent, but rest assured your package is moving through their system. We expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

84 hoods representation of product and services were spot on. The selection, design purchase, and shipping were handled exceptionally given that this was the busiest time of the year for sales. Selection was easy, the company solicited my approval and I was able to track the shipping from the start. This made the overall experience a very positive and trust building experience

My Go To Place for Personalized Unique Items

I am so pleased with my experience with 84Hoods that I have returned three times and will continue to do so! I love their products!! I bought a unique pair of shoes that I haven't seen anywhere else, and two awesome personalized totes. 84Hoods did a beautiful job. I just love this seller.

My experience with 84Hoods was great…

My experience with 84Hoods was great from start to finish. First of all the communication was superb as I was able to ask for personalized adaptations to the original design. I received immediate response and they were able to accommodate my needs and show me a proof before beginning production. The design was produced and shipped in a very timely manner so much so that it arrived many days before my scheduled event and I was so excited. The items were just as described and to my satisfaction.

Wonderful company and product…

This company was wonderful to work with at every step of the way personalizing the sneakers. The “Grampa” we bought them for was thrilled with the surprise and raved about the comfort and quality.
