Customer service is awful. I ordered on Thursday and it’s now Tuesday and they haven’t even printed this sticker for my order. I am spending over $350 there and they don’t care. I will take my business elsewhere. I guess since 7oh is probably getting banned they no longer care about their customers hard earned money.

This is the last time ill ever have anything to say about 7-oh factory. This last week ruined any kind of relationship I have with their company. Their little loop holes in their delivery system are total B.S. I paid for a large order Monday July 6th at 6am in the morning I paid 18 dollars for 2 day Air!! My package arrived 7 days later Monday July 13th and im not even kidding. Wait till the customer rep responded to me like a weasel. HE SAYS We have up to 3 days to pack and fulfill ur envelope and hand it off, then after 3 days my 2 day air finally begins now it's Friday and my package is in salt lake city almost to my idaho destination guess what my 2 day air package doesn't move on weekends. So 7 days later it arrives. This bull shit heavily flawed misleading system of delivery is costing hardworking people lots and lots of money their all getting cheated. So if you decide to use 7-oh factory just don't it will be 7 days if u decide to. 7-oh is getting banned anyways maybe it's karma for costing people millions is their little 2 day air promise that takes 7 days.
Sincerely a pissed off customer who was cheated 18 dollars.

**wanted to throw in an edit. Many bad reviews are about slow shipping. 7ohfactory is NOT UPS. When your package ships or is stuck in transit, that is UPS not the sender. I, and thousands of others have had this specific issue with UPS. Yes, 7ohF should use other shipping methods but unfortunately they do not.**

I was shocked to see this Company eith such a low Trust Pilot score. I have been ordering from them about twice a month for 6 months, so maybe they changed for the better within that time. I have always had a very pleasant experience, with the product and customer service.
I have had to contact CS a few times because of UPS, not 7ohfactory. I was even able to get a hold of someone on a Sunday. I have had problems with payment before (bank not them) and I received a phone call immediately after each incident. Their customer service reps are always understanding, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The products that I have purchased are always clean and consistent.
They offer rewards and almost every time I order I receive an additional 50-$100. Your able to save rewards until you receive $200 gift card.
The only thing I would LOVE to see them change is shipping. They only offer UPS and I've had nothing but headaches and termoil from them, locally and nationwide.

I've been having a great experience here so far.

They have a wide variety of carefully made tablets in numerous flavors, featuring botanicals mostly based on kratom, some on hemp, a few on kava and such.

The 7-OH is effective but not overpowering if used carefully and appropriately. It helps my pain. I need oral surgery and it'll be a godsend.

I am sad to see that even though I only just discovered these items even existed a few weeks ago, apparently they're mostly about to be banned! Oh Lord. That's overreach typical of this administration. Prohibition will create terrible problems. It seems that the authorities want to punish people in chronic pain. Well, I'll do my part to advocate for a less stringent action.

In any case, this site has been great to me and still is, so whatever doesn't get banned, I'll still be here weekly to try it and see what helps the most.

spoke with them this morning. Want to know where my package is. They said how sorry they were and put in a compaint to ups whoalso doesn't know anything. They will be putting in a formal complaint and investigate which takes 21 days. In the meantime, won't get my order which was june 6th, my money is gone which was taken on the 6th. 7 oh factory and ups suck. They got alot of money from me. Hpoe peple listen.

I ordered some product a while back it took 1 month to get my product witch wasn't very good! I spent $200 it was gone in less then 2 days! Then when I messaged them ask why it took so long when I spent extra money to get the faster shipping! They tried giving me a 10% discount on my next visit! Ha I thought they were joking at first well no they wert that the best they can do after they told me I would get 2 day shipping an didnt get my not even good product in 1 month! I dont think I have even waited on anything that long ever! I hope this helps someone cause I will never use this place again!

7OH Factory gave me Shit Packaging then gave me even shittier service!

I ordered 5 grams of kratom from 7oh factory for the second time recently, having been satisfied with the first order. Unfortunately unlike the first time where every gram came in its own glass container, this time the product came in flimsy plastic bags causing me to lose a significant amount of the purchased product. I was offered a $25 coupon by 7oh factory, despite their sister site “simply tabs” selling the same item for $30 less. Essentially telling me to pay $5 MORE for their screw up my next order.

I had a gift card balance already, that combined with the $25 and a little extra to help me use all my points would get me $75 worth of gift cards and a good deal for my next round. However, 7ohfactory drew the line and the additional 4 dollars and some cents I requested. If they don’t provide that, they’d either be essentially telling me to abandon $20 worth of points since the other site is cheaper or pay more than I can from their sister site to use the remaining points. They’re the ones who screwed up, and now it seems like they’re trying to punish ME! They simply “couldn’t” help me. These people are SKETCHY!!! Imagine if you had a big order coming to your house and they “couldn’t” locate it then left you hung out to dry? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Update: After posting this review and telling 7ohfactory id take it down if I could get the $4.50 in credit needed to get the additional $25 gift card id otherwise be unable to receive without buying kratom on their partner site where the item I want is more expensive, they cancelled my order in transit as retaliation and permanently banned me from ever using their site again! They said they “welcome honest reviews”, but clearly not when you give them a way out of them staying up being posted! All I wanted to do was try and make the situation more fair. But these greedy lowlife scum would rather lose a customer and business than comp an extra $4.50. Never buy from these creeps, they don’t deserve your money!!

Fast shipping. Great products and prices! I had and issue with my order and the customer service rep helped me right away. Thank you 7oh factory!

Inconsistent quality

How can this company still be in business? They sell a product that is possibly the most addictive substance in the streets. Their product is designed to help manage pain but after a short period of time when it's time to stop as you've healed your severely addicted. Withdrawals are the worst some have ever endured. It's supposed to be a safe alternative to opiates but that couldn't be any further from the truth. Did big pharma create this so they can make more money off of the opiate crisis? Stay away from this company, it's products or any company like this. Your life literally can be destroyed by them.

Terrible service. Slow to ship. You'll get an email with a tracking number within a few hours of your order, then they'll let it sit for a week before getting it to the carrier. Find somewhere else because it's just not worth the headache. Used to be great but has gone downhill in the last several months.

Don’t waste your time or money it’s complete bunk. Ordered 12 - 100 mg blueberry flavor and nothing….been taking 15-30 mg so definitely would have felt it took half (50mg) of one first then a whole one and it’s complete trash.
