I have been trying to withdraw for over a week having gone through verification. It keeps being rejected. Live chat tell me to email support, which I have multiple times but they never respond. I notice that they don't reply on here either. Clearly not a legitimate site.

so here's the thing. this company gives you bonuses and when you have to convert them, this does not match what the bonus is for. I received a turnover requirement of 7x and I have placed about 40 different bets and have not yet managed to convert this. for each bet only 1% went up, which does not agree with their terms. I was told to send an email to them from customer service, when I did this I still haven't received a reply. I contacted customer service again and since they had no answer they blocked me from the call. I have pictures of all the baits I have placed as well. really don't recommend playing here or taking any bonuses from them.

I'm an idiot I waited until a built a large some of money up before trying the withdrawal process. And I didn't come to this site to see what has been said. Basically you can't withdraw and when you contact them about it they desperately lose connection. It's an untrusted site in Costa rica. Basically if you see this please take my advice you will not be able to take any money out of this company.

This is a scam, do not look at the positive reviews because of them you will lose your money. This site does not pay anything even after verification, all withdrawal requests are simply rejected after 2 days. The chat on the site has stopped working and always shows that I am first in line, they do not answer me by mail. Had 200gbp i wanted to withdraw, they then told me bank transfer option was broken , and i had to use crypto to withdraw, , i dont have crypto, after being back and forward for 2 weeks i just span the 200 because i realised they was a scam! They wont pay but will take

So a couple of bets came in and won what do they do? Yep restrict me to £10 stake per bet after only 5 days and not very many bets.

I opened an account and deposited funds. I won the bet and withdrew winnings. When I asked why I didn’t receive the welcome bonus that was automatically supposed to be credited, apparently it was because I withdrew funds before reminding them they had to add my bonus!!!

The bonus thereafter could not be manually added and I lost the bonus!!
