Hello, the bet settlement happens automatically and they are usually correct.
You didn’t write your player id or your bet id, so not much support can be added here. If you still think there was a problem, please send me an email to report@747.live including your information.
Their basketball live is a money…
Their basketball live is a money grabber. It's a set up to milk you of your money. They're controlling the scores they put in which makes you lose.

Hello, alison! Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concern. The system calculates the winning and losing bets automatically taking the scores from globally authoritative sources.
If there’s a mistake, the results are recalculated automatically after a few minutes.
You can send your bet ID to report@747.live. If it’s winning, you will surely get your winning, otherwise it will be explained why it’s lost.
I hope this eases your worries.

Also, all the games offered at 747 are verified under different jurisdictions, not just Curacao’s to ensure that the players can have a safe gaming experience. Thank you for reaching out!

Poor CS and Delayed Deposit
Online deposits made are 12 hrs delayed and CS will only keep saying the same thing "forwarded to the correct team". For a new member, and being "welcomed" by such poor customer service and delays is something your company should work on to improve.

Hello Rob, I am really sorry for the poor experience.
Recently there have been problems with the payment systems, not only in 747.
If your problem is still there, please send me a direct message to report@747.live
We are doing our best and for sure you will get your money into the account as soon as possible. When there are such problems, we have to check manually one by one and it takes some time.
Please be patient and give us another chance for a 5 star experience!

The customer service is very poor in providing service. You have a basic question and concern you will wait for 30mins to reply then they will provide you a robotic response. I hope this customer service you have will fixed. it's very irritating.

You have a Slot game that I've played…
You have a Slot game that I've played for almost a year and this same game is on several other sites. This game steals money while playing. And you never have correct balance while you play. I have reported this to the site 30 plus times but the game still does the same. Sewing no one would help me with the problem I have posted it on social media and I will continue to post it until a owner contacts me.

THEIR SYSTEM STEALS AND UNRELIABLE!!
I have deposited 3,000 and for some reasons they didn't add funds to my account. I have been following up with them and provided proof and they verified. For over 48 hours, nothing has been done. I've been passed around to other departments.
THIS ONLY TELLS ONE (1) THING. THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS UNRELIABLE. THAT YOUR MONEY MAY GET LOST. THAT THEY WILL STEAL IT FROM YOU. THAT YOU WILL BE PLAYED BY THEIR STAFF!!
SCREW YOUUUU!

Hello, your money is not lost.
Unfortunately, in the Philippines, there have been wide payment-system problems that are out of our control. We must investigate case by case manually and it can take some time.
Please reply with your account-number (not email!) and I will get in touch with you., or send your report to report@747.live.
