Realicé un pedido en esta tienda online tras ver el precio publicado en su web. El pedido fue confirmado y pagado correctamente.
Posteriormente, la empresa alegó un “error de precio” y me exigió un pago adicional para enviarlo o la cancelación del pedido.
El precio no era manifiestamente erróneo ni irrisorio.
Tras solicitar el cumplimiento del contrato confirmado, la empresa se negó.
El asunto se encuentra actualmente en reclamación formal ante organismos de consumo europeos.

Er stond ineens "AG" achter mijn adres waardoor DHL het gebouw niet kon vinden. Ik heb voor een bestelling 35 euro verzendkosten betaald en ik heb mijn adres goed ingevuld. 68 Travel en DHL geven elkaar de schuld en ik krijg geen refund voor de dure verzendkosten (ik heb namelijk zelf dit cadeau opnieuw moeten sturen)

I bought the backpack as a Christmas gift for my husband, and I would especially like to highlight the incredible helpfulness and friendliness of the entire team. From the manager, who arranged express delivery from the Netherlands so the order arrived before the holidays, to the customer service team that kept me informed about the current status of my order, and finally to the colleague at the pickup point who kindly brought the package outside to me so I didn’t have to search for parking while I was there with my young daughter. This level of care and customer-oriented approach is truly rare today. Their willingness to help and genuine kindness are, in my opinion, their greatest competitive advantage. I would definitely recommend this store and will be happy to shop here again.

I’ve ordered from 68travel multiple times and every time it’s been a smooth experience. I bought some climbing gear as well as the Shotgun child bike seat, and everything arrived as expected and in great condition.

One product we absolutely love are their washing sheets (laundry detergent sheets). We use them mainly when camping and they work surprisingly well — super practical, lightweight, and no mess compared to liquid detergent.

And next time our budget allows, we’ll definitely treat ourselves to one of their carved wooden maps — they look amazing.

V tomto e-shope som si zakupil viacero produktov a s kazdym som velmi spokojny. Kvalita komunikacie bola vyborna a rychlost dorucenia expresna. Urcite odporucam!

Les pièces sont bien découpées et les teintes conformes aux photos .Mais c'est tout :
- Les positionnements sont approximatifs
- Le délai de livraison pas respecté
- Et le scotch double face !!!! Très mauvaise qualité. Les plus grosses pièces sont tombées seulement quelques heurs apres avoir été fixé sur un mur propre et lisse (nous avions pris la précaution de le nettoyer avant la pose). De fait un morceau de cassé et un autre fendu et quelques esquilles). J'ai du tout reprendre en ajoutant de la colle sur le double face et coté mur (j'avais également suivi votre conseil d'en ajoutet entre le bois et le scotch)
Bref, plutot déçu.

Prachtige Aardbol van Mova Globes. Vriendelijke klantenservice, goed bereikbaar, Levering was vertraagd maar werd op tijd geïnformeerd en kreeg via e-mail binnen een uur antwoord op mijn vragen. De Mova Globe inmiddels ontvangen, goed verpakt, simpele goede handleiding en werkt prima.

Ordered a replacement bag for MSR Elixir 2 after losing the original. All customs and shipping were covered at the purchase stage and there was comprehensive automated communication throughout. Package arrived via RM Tracked 48 after approx 7 days as scheduled. Would recommend

Unorganised, late delivery. Despite multiple attempts. Poor customer service. Should've gone with the cheaper world maps on offer elsewhere. The premium price isn't worth it.
