Suzuki gsxr 1000R
Buenas, soy Español.
Resulta que el carenado que compre para mi Suzuki GSXR 1000R 2017, en un primer envio no me mandasteis el guardabarros delantero, lo pedi y sin problema lo enviasteis pero mi sorpresa fue al instalarlo que era imposible que cuadrase los agujeros, se qeda la rueda pegada he tenido que hacer varios ajustes y aun asi queda fatal, dispuesto a enviaros fotos si es necesario, por lo demas cuafra bien pero algunas cosas podrian haber tenido mejor acabado.

hola, lamentamos mucho esto,
la verdad es el tercer caso con este suzuki, pero llevamos mucho tiempo vendiendo estos guardabarros con estas medidas y no entendíamos porque 3 veces no se podía instalar, como si fuera un modelo de l7 con un tamaño diferente de agujeros frontales.
en los otros dos casos tuvimos problemas porque para uso en pista el cliente había cambiado a la medida delantera 125 y el calienta llantas no encajaba,

Order not sent
I ordered on 3/17/2023 and today is 3/24/2023 (1 week) and my order has not shipped.
I sent email, waited 7 hours and no response (I verifiquei a pasta de spam).
I will ask for my money back via paypal.
"The products in stock will be shipped the next business day after receiving payment" it's 100% false and yes my item is in stock
Update 07/04/2023:
As I said, I opened a case on PayPal and the response from 666carbon was that they contacted me via email (fake, I don't have any email). They said the product was not available and will ship on 29/03/2023.
The product on the website was available and they did not correct the stock.
Keep in mind I placed the order on 17/03/2023 and 29/03/2023, guess what, they don't ship my order.
I wrote again to them via paypal and they didn't reply back but on 30/03/2023 they send the order and I received it on 03/04/2023.

Cost vs Benefit = good
Cons:
Don't trust the website, if the website says the products are available, maybe it's fake and you need to wait about 1 week.
100% Bad Support, they don't give any support after purchase.
My rating would be different if they were more supportive in managing my expectations, indicating when the product would be completed and when it would be shipped to me.

Pessimo venditore
Più di un mese di attesa per un pezzo ordinato che dovrebbe essere plug&play ma che può
essere montato solo dopo modifiche alla moto (limare il telaio per allargare la sede e farlo entrare) e al pezzo ( asolatura dei forì di fissaggio e allargamento di altri).
I fori di fissaggio al telaio non combaciano e quelli di fissaggio della strumentazioni sono di diametro nettamente più piccolo perciò da allargare.
Rifiutandomi di fare tali operazioni per non compromettere la garanzia sul pezzo ho più volte contattato il venditore per fare il reso come da mio diritto di legge ma non ho avuto alcuna risposta.
sconsiglio vivamente.

Nel complesso okay..
Le carene nel complesso sono abbastanza buone, presentano un po’ di imperfezioni di lavorazione e punti in cui è stato asportato troppo materiale andando a eliminare spigoli che dovrebbero esserci.

Sella scadente, tempi non rispettati,carene di buona fattura grafiche scadenti.
Sella scadente con graffette troppo sporgenti che venivano via, rivestimento scollato e parzialmente strappato. Tempi di spedizione non rispettati.Grafiche scadenti, non rispettano nemmeno lontanamente le foto.

01-11-22 received - I notice that they are not new, but used. Can see scratches and traces after small rocks. Can see the screw holes threads are used and som damaged.
05-11-22 I write email regarding this issue including pictures. Suggest replacement with new or reduction in price.
14-11-22 No respond - I write email again
17-11-22 No respond - I write them again
23-11-22 No respond - I write this trustpilot
23-11-22 666Carbon reply back at trustpilot and claim they have been responding to my mail the 17th. I find their email in the SPAM folder. We hopefully start to communicate from here.
