5 star plumbing in Hemet Ca 92545 is a scamming and family owned business that rip people off and charge for services the claim the don’t charge for I request them to come out which they offer to tell me we don’t charge a set fee to come out well the technician came out I thought that my dishwasher wasn’t getting water but he turned it on and said it works I was shocked because I thought it was the same as my old dishwasher but turns out I didn’t know how to set the cycle I gave me the documents showing it was brand new he looked under the cabinets and assured me that the hoses were brand new also I left the room for a minute only for him to try and convince me that my water line the comes from my kitchen sink had clogged the hose which makes no since that would mean there is something nasty coming in my drinking water which would be health issue right I asked if he would unscrew this extra water line that was used for an old ice maker that I no longer use he said sure once he unscrew I pulled it out of the cabinet and he said I think I might have to charge you a service fee I said oh yeah how much he said let me go out and check he went out to his truck and stayed for about 25 minutes came back and said 125 service fee I asked for a invoice which I had call him several hours later to receive now that 125 is not a service fee it is for work he claims he done What a rip of can someone please explain to me how a water source that is your drinking water clogs a hose usually it is the drain hose that clogs right don’t like shady people not only that just for the sake of things how is the water supply hose clog and not the drain hose better yet wouldn’t the dishwasher be plugged also he never took the rack out of the dishwasher he opened and closed it and it states that they charge 75 dollars to unclog hoses don’t you at least need a snake or something to unclog a hose I guess this how they make a living shady people making hard for true plumbers
