I have not received my order, and it has been weeks. The tracking number is unknown and the delivery service has no knowledge of it. Sadly, I feel completely robbed by this company. A giant bummer as my daughter asked for one thing only for her bday - and this was it. Booo!

I ordered a stack of bracelets for my daughter. We HAD been regular customers and know the sizing well. I ordered the same size I have in the past and these are too big. I've emailed through their site 3 times. I've tried calling and only get a voice mail where I left a message. I JUST wanted to exchange the bracelets for the correct size and haven't had ONE response. Unfortunately, they've lost a customer because of their lack of service.

@@UPDATE - I followed the suggestion from 4 Ocean below. They are happy to exchange if I PAY to return and then pay for another set to be delivered. I'm cutting my losses! BEWARE.

@@@UPDATE - after two reviews posted, 4 Ocean offered to send a replacement without me incurring additional charges. Thank you to the customer care person who finally realized this was the right thing to do.

As I read the reviews, specifically the low rated ones, I have to say that my experience was awesome. I placed the order and got my bracelets within 6 days. In fact, I got an email stating they'd been shipped and they arrived the next day. As for the bracelets, I really like the designs I picked out. I didn't have any issues adjusted them either. The method is very simple. Whether they hold up or not is to be determined and if they don't. You'll hear about it. Until then, no complaints.

The bracelets are nice, however, I had issues with shipping and was not pleased with the customer service. I had paid for express shipping which had advertised that I would receive my bracelets in 1-3 days. My bracelets arrived almost 2 weeks after I had ordered them. When I asked customer service if I could get a refund for shipping, they refused. I normally don’t sweat this stuff or pay for express shipping but I bought them as a gift for someone from out of the country and they did not arrive on time. I just personally wouldn’t recommend paying anything extra for shipping.

3/12/2023 Update: I was able to work the beaded bracelet to fit and am very pleased with it. I also recently bought two anklets, but one matched the beaded bracelet so well I wear them both as bracelets. I am very happy with all I’ve gotten so far! 😊

I ordered two bracelets and they came in a timely manner. I got the ocean braided in large and it fits great.

I wanted to try one of the beaded ones and I thought by the picture that the strings were in a knot that allowed it to be sized by pulling the strings. I was wrong, the knot has been hardened to keep it from moving, and the standard size is quite small — I can’t even get it over 4 fingers.

So yes the braided one is nice but I was really hoping a beaded one would fit.

Thank you for my beautiful bracelet, I wear it every day with pride! I love the fact that this small piece of jewelry is part of the clean up of our oceans. Thank you for all your hard work and perseverance.

I can’t say enough great things about 4ocean. I love the cause, and the products I receive are good quality. I’ve given their bracelets as Christmas or Birthday gifts for the last several years, and this year I purchased their water bottle, which has been phenomenal! I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the 3 bracelets I gave my family for stocking stuffers. Made me feel I had done something good for the environment. My son and daughter in-law were not aware of 4 0cean may they pass on good idea.

Update: The order placed on 3rd December has now arrived.

Placed an order for a bracelet and gift tin on 21st November in the hope it would be delivered to the UK for Christmas. Chased a few days later as it was showing as unfulfilled. Got a reply with a FedEx tracking number and was told the order would be updated in a few days.

Wrote again at the beginning of December to be told that the item I wanted was out of stock and the order hadn't actually been shipped, so would I like a replacement with a different bracelet or a refund. As this was for a gift (and I explained that I wanted it for Christmas), I asked for a replacement bracelet and tin. Order placed and was told it would be shipped in the next new days. Contacted them again a few days later as new order was showing as unfulfilled - got a shipping reference, but couldn't find any information on the FedEx site. Contacted 4Ocean again and was told that the tin was now out of stock and once again although I'd been told the order had shipped, it hadn't.

Why issue tracking references and say that an order has been shipped? It's just misleading and although I did get a refund, I will never order from them again as you can't trust what they tell you.

I placed an order on the 27/10 and did not receive a shipping number for 15 days, after then getting in contact with support I thought the matter was rectified however nearly 2 months later I still have not received my bracelet and cannot track shipping details.

Received my bracelet last week and I LOVE it !! It's so beautiful - I haven't taken it off and the quality seems really good.

I will definitely buy more.

Awesome company and products! I usually don't bother to review on TrustPilot but it makes me very sad to see this company have such a low score here just because some people can't wait longer than 3 days for a product.
I'm happy to wait longer for a bracelet that goes to a fantastic cause, and even without the bracelets as incentive I'm more than glad to donate to the ocean cleanup cause in the first place- The accessories/products are just a nice bonus!
I bought the lava rock bracelets back in September and the process was pretty quick, it shipped and arrived in 10 days. Bracelets are high quality and adjustable. Going to buy more this holiday season as gifts!

It seems a lot of whining here. Everyone has been ruined by Amazon shopping .It’s a start up non-profit , you’ll survive a few more days without your bracelet . Lol. It’s 20 dollars not 200 or 2000, it’s not gold . It’s meant to wear actively … these are the types of bracelets.. don’t understand the poor quality comments. If you think you can clean up the ocean more quickly for less go for it! TY 4Ocean.

The bracelets are really nice. I bought 2 for myself and 2 for my boyfriend on 2 several times three years ago. None of them is broken yet and the quality is still good. 4Ocean does an excellent job on removing plastics from the ocean. Keep going this way!

Placed an order a week ago it still hasn't shipped, but they sure did charge me right away. I emailed and was told due to high volume it would take longer but there were no details on what that might mean. Looking through these reviews this seems to be a common problem with varying excuses.

There was no disclaimer at checkout, nor was I told about the 10 day processing time in my conversation with your customer service. That being said it has now been 10 days so I can expect this to finally ship today?

I bought a bracelet at wwf and it arrived the next day, super quality

I purchased the beach chair for my wife after much research and a desire to support the 4ocean cause. Unfortunately the chair broke (the PLASTIC arm rest snapped completely in half). I called customer service hoping to get a replacement part, only to be told they do not offer replacement parts, and further will not accept the chair back as I purchased it more than a year prior. We live in Michigan, so beach season is limited. I estimate the chair broke on approximately its tenth use! I tried to repair the arm to no avail, as the location of the break makes it impossible to effect a lasting repair. So now I have a basically brand new useless chair headed to the junk pile (seems ironic given the company mission).

You have to pay customs on your own, 10 euro for me in western europe. Quality is low, would never buy again from this brand.

Edit: My country did not charge me but since the parcel went throug Switzerland for some reason it did. The remark on the checkout process is easily overseen.

First off, I love the concept and the product quality. My complaint is the extremely long shipping times. I've supported them for years and the shipping issue wasn't a concern before. For example, my most recent order was placed on February 21st. I received an email it was shipped on March 14th. I reached out to customer service on March 26th since I hadn't received the order and it didn't show any update via shipping tracking (they only have an email - no phone option). The email response was that it had not even shipped yet. I canceled my order and received a refund. 4Ocean really needs to improve their shipping times or they will not get repeat customers.
