Loving the different flavours you…
Loving the different flavours you provide. Packaging for delivery is good as well.
My only negative which I found is 2 of the tub when filled at the factory a couple of the pouches had gone over the lip of the tub before the lid was put on which split each pouche that over hanged. I'm guessing the tabs are machine filled and the lid just pressed straight on so perhaps that can be improved.

Pouches great - but leaked in my latest batch
Pouches are great, but in the bath I just ordered a bunch of the pouches had little holes in and were leaking the powder out. I'm not sure how often this happens, having only bought once before, but I think this is a shame especially given the excellent flavours. I'm a Nordic Spirit man usually, but these 4nx pouches are the only ones to provide as good an experience, so the leakage was quite annoying. Great flavours, very long-lasting and good nicotine burn. Just don't want powdery fingers with it!

Burning sensation
Product packaging, shipping, taste etc was all brilliant, unfortunately (although it doesn't seem fair as its a personal opinion) the pouches burnt the hell out of my upper lip, it was very uncomfortable and almost verging on painful. The idea of leaving something in your upper lip for a period of time is also very odd and unnatural, makes it difficult to talk and people do ask what is going on in there! Not sure I was doing it right, maybe it's not meant to go in your upper lip but I am sure I read that it was meant to be there!
