Yes Dale is one of our best team members and thus why we allow him to be in charge and run the business like it is his own when he is out servicing visitors like yourself. Great that Dale was super friendly has he has had really tough personal family events the past 7 weeks. Thanks Tiffany for allowing us to service your Christmas Party Group again this year. This year was a great test for us, as your party used our service extensively this year and it allowed us to see how our strategy for large events worked. We had 34 rides in 2.5 hours come out of your venue to locations in the area. I am glad we had the 5 drivers out that evening and we only had 1 time with a 6 minute window where we didnt have a vehicle in front of the venue for your next guests to get home. Our strategy for weddings and events like yours were we have 1 vehicle outside the venue waiting and the moment the guests are loading up we send the next closest vehicle to replace for the next guests to come out. It worked very well, and for us it gives us a great feedback when our limits are tested on teh process and allowed us to teach the new drivers we have how things operate. Again, thanks for your yearly request for using our team for your event. We feel this process on our strategy provides the best value for all events vs the slower big shuttle buses that are very less efficient and more costly.
