I have used others before in purchasing crystal mementos before. 3D crystal seem to be better an easier in ordering on line. The price was reasonable for the crystal I purchased. Very affordable and satisfied.

This was my second order...
This was my second order and the finished product was every bit as beautiful as the first. 5 stars this time for the extra attention that was required when the computers got stuck in some weird paid/not paid state. Super helpful in presenting a work around.

They responded with moderate delays
Response time quite variable. They responded with moderate delays. My requests for font sizes and placement were apparently too complicated as the placement of words over areas of the image that I asked Not to be covered, were ignored. I did order two crystals but the second money-off code didn't work. But I ordered it anyway.
The rectangular crystal upper bevel causes the upper 15% of the image to be visible as a cropped area. So my bald head always reflected in the bevel unless I shrank the image. So maybe a non-beveled crystal at top edge might be better. I changed feom 3 star to 5 star due to ongoing efforts on their part.

Customer service was outstanding.
When I first ordered this, I had the proof checked and rechecked and triple checked - This was for a very special dog, and it needed to be exactly right. When I got the crystal, it was not right, It did not look like the proof. His eyes looked like they had cataracts and his back didn't look right. I was very disappointed. But their customer service team was absolutely outstanding and was totally willing to work with me to get it to look like it was supposed to look, and the replacement turned out absolutely perfect. Considering this could have been really, really bad with bad customer service, I am so incredibly pleased with this company and we'll recommend them again.

Genuinely impressed
Genuinely impressed with not only their product, but also their wonderful customer service. We had a minor flaw with part of our order and we were happy to find REAL people on the phone and efficient, friendly help through email. It’s so rare nowadays to get that, I’m so tired of computers/AI answering for a company. 3D Crystal captures your memories with perfection!
Although we purchased the heart crystal under a very sad situation with the loss of our dog, 3DCrystal were great to work with. The product quality is incredible and every time we look at this beautiful with our lost dog, it brings tears to our eyes. We are so thankful that 3D Crystal did such a great job in capturing our beloved pet.

I have never had such amazing customer…
I have never had such amazing customer service like I received ordering my crystal! I made an error and realized after I received it. Customer service talked me through options and offered me ideas to which the crystal looks absolutely perfect. I used a local company before and since they shut down I reached out to 3DCrystal.
