I needed something fixed on my piece and the response time on my concern, the timeliness on remaking the piece, and the ongoing communication there after to ensure I received the new piece and it was up to my expectations was top tier. Good Gift
Easy to set up online, the crystals were received very quickly and they are perfect for our long service awards. We have ordered from this company a few times and this time the light boxes were missed from the parcel but a quick message online and they arrived the next day, very pleased with the service.

A great redo
Purchased overnight shipping and got this as a birthday gift for my sister still haven’t received package over a week. Customer service reached out and redid order since the original carrier was having issues and received it over the next business day after being redone with a different carrier. Amazing customer service and communication. The crystal brought my sister to tears after receiving it. Will def reorder!

Checkout was a total hassle. Beautiful products though.
Tried several times on my phone to order and each time, my order was lost in the check out process, requiring me to start all over. Then I tried from my desktop and the checkout process was a complete hassle there as well. If I didn’t want this ornament badly enough for a bereavement gift, I would have thrown in the towel. Beautiful products with fast shipping when I’ve ordered in the past. Fix the checkout and this is easily a 5-star review.
