The experience we had with 360 Lending was good - we were clear with what we needed and we were met with clear instructions on what needed to happen. We were grateful for the support!

I worked with Patricia and Stephanie from 360Lending to get a reverse mortgage. I started with Stephanie and then continued with Patricia. Both were very helpful in answering my questions and following up when there were delays. They were patient and knowledgeable. Their service was excellent, but I was not pleased with the delays. It took two weeks past the initial date agreed upon of completion and then over another week after the signing of the contract. They told me that the Financing Institution was requiring more data. I do not feel that this should have happened AFTER the contract was signed when a date of completion was included in the contract. I was not informed that a delay might or could happen and I was taken by surprise and disappointed. I had to follow up daily with Patricia to find out what was going on and how much longer the delay would take. She made a good effort at trying to obtain that information, but 360Lending should inform clients ahead of time of possible delays. I believe that honouring a contract is very important and that by not informing clients of upcoming delays, they are reneging on their responsibility to their clients. I think they can do better.

Melissa and Patricia were amazing to work with! we had a very complicated refinance we needed done. it took some time but they continued working and got us a great deal! They were great to work with!

This review is very easy to complete. Patricia G and Stephanie have helped save us from selling our home.
These 2 people along with the many others have helped us navigate though a very stressful period of our lives. They were always cheerful and knowledgeable as to the process we were going through, and supported us through our concerns. I can't express the sleepless nights we have had prior their involvement. After a run-around with current lender I turned to 360 Lending.

I was contacted by Stephanie within a few hours of my online application. She quickly guided me through the loan process and what documentation and information would be required to proceed.

Once this was completed I was turned over to Patricia who handled the next steps to secure the best lender to refinance.

Stephanie and Patricia were competent and patient, always available by phone or e-mail to respond to any concerns I had.

We were at a point we had no idea where to turn. We had spoke. With a couple of businesses that said they would call us back which they he no intention of doing, I don’t understand why they lie! I came across 360Lending one night, decided to answer the questions online and xsee what happened. The very next morning I received a call from Stephanie. She asked me questions that I answered, we talked and it was the first time I felt heard since everything went sideways in our life. Stephanie said she would email me and include a list of things I needed to send to her so she could start working for us. I talked with Stephanie a few more times then I received a call from Patricia. We talked for about a half hour and then she said she would email me with a few things she needed and said that they would find the best lender that would help us. I have since spoken with Patricia as well as email. Stephanie and Patricia know exactly what they’re doing, they want to help you get out of the financial situation you are in, not be there again but more importantly they make you feel heard, important and not a fool to be in the situation you find yourself in. 360Lending is a better company for having Stephanie and Patricia working for them!!

The people involved in my experience were very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. Both Adam and Melissa made my experience stress free, efficient and very friendly. They were both so up to date with the latest technology and very helpful negotiating a fair, honest and trustworthy agreement. From start to finish this process was easily navigated with their constant attention to each step along the way. I always felt I could reach out to them anytime. The law firm was also very supportive and helpful throughout the process.
All in all, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The follow up services and genuine care is a welcome bonus.
