After struggling for a long time….clothes that finally fit my 6ft3 son!

I've been a loyal customer of 2tall.com ever since I first bought slacks from them, and I was genuinely excited about the quality. Recently, I decided to update my wardrobe and purchased several new pairs of jeans. While most of them were perfect, I did have a minor issue with one pair. However, their customer service was outstanding—I reached out to them directly through Facebook, and they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.

I've shopped at other stores like American Tall, but the quality of the clothes from 2tall.com is simply better. The fit, durability, and overall craftsmanship are top-notch. I highly recommend 2tall.com to anyone looking for well-made clothes that cater specifically to taller individuals.

Customer support is excellent: helpful and polite. However, the product quality is quite disappointing. I had to return one pair of cargo trousers because the seams started coming apart. They sent me a "brand new pair" with labels, but it had a mark that didn't come off in the wash. This is unfortunate, as I thought I had finally found a place to buy clothes for my 210 cm husband. I would love to continue shopping here, but it's really frustrating to receive poor-quality items and have to return them repeatedly.

Been a customer since 2 years. Ordered again for 600$. The delivery and duty fees are 100$ on top. But that's not in 2tall's hand. Anyway, one trousers width was not as displayed online, so I complained to support and asked for a freebie like Pyjama trousers for 38$. They said I should return it and they see what they can do. The return sending fee was another 50$! Once they received it, they said it is 1.4cm shorter than displayed online, but that is within their tolerance, so they cannot give me anything for free. Well I spend 150$ dollars for that experience. Never again. The returning process is from 1980 anyway, filling out a form with pen, writing all product names and code, spending so much money on delivery and duty fee and then receiving the wrong size. Come on! Be a little supportive. I would have ordered many more clothing which would make you much more money in the long term but it seems they don't need every customer. From now on I'll be looking somewhere else...

My son is aged 15 and 6ft4. We were shopping for pants for his upcoming prom. I tried various stores including stores that advertise xxl length with no success. It was becoming a stressful experience. I found 2 tall.com and was a bit dubious due to being scammed in the past. I can not compliment this site enough. The delivery was quick with great quality products. Returned 2 of the 3 items due to ordering 3 sizes just in case which was easy. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Funny that a 62EUR pair of Chinos looks (much) better than a bloody tailored chino pant for 600 bucks...quality wise it feels comfy and not too heavy. I only wish the belt loop and all the stichting was reinforced or stronger material (or both), that would add a lot to the durability and it would be suitable for me as a duty pant.

Getting great service and product from these guys. Firstly, they actually stock my size! Secondly, the stuff arrives on time!

Excellent quality clothing, fantastic fit and great service when I got in touch looking for advice on the best product. My slim 6ft 6 son is spoilt for choice now.

My 16yo son is 6 foot 8" and quite slim build. Finding clothes to fit him has never been easy. 2tall has been a godsend. Good range of clothes and most importantly they all fit him! Delivery is very quick and returns are extremely easy to arrange. So far, no negative experience with this company :)

I am at the stumpy end being only 6'4"... however, the clothes are good quality, fit well and are exactly as advertised.

I am a bizarrely shaped person. I'm not even really all that tall, only 6'3", but I have David O'Doherty Syndrome - a ridiculously long torso and stubby legs.

I realised I had never had a t-shirt that actually fit me the first time I bought from here. I'd been wearing T-shirts for normal people, when I'm shaped like a stick of french bread with two bowling pins sticking out of the bottom.

They're great. I could actually stretch without showing my belly to everyone. So I bought more.

THEN, I bought some of the fancy print ones, and 4 months after the fact tried one of them on for the first time - but, gasp, noticed a major print defect on the back, long after the returns window. Messaged anyway and they were TOTALLY sound and replaced it straight away no bother.

10/10, all my t-shirts and hoodies are from this place now - sometimes all you need is an extra four inches (waaaaaaaaaaay)

Great fit but the clothes start pilling within a week after receiving. I bought a hoodie, wore it just to the store a few times, and the sleeves look like something I bought from Walmart 2 years ago.

A lot of companies could learn a lot from 2tall. In this day and age it’s great to actually be able to call and speak to someone who know’s what they’re talking about, and is helpful.

Not only that, the delivery was next day and the suit i purchased is a great fit.

Used this company again for a gift. Hoodie was too small. Returned following the easy instructions. Customer service was excellent and new size arrived three days later. First class service. Thank you.

Spoke to them on the phone, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and the order was delivered the following day. Tried it on and it fits very well and quality is excellent. Very happy with the suit.

It's great that there's a company that actually caters for tall men, not big and tall ones !

It is wonderful to find a supplier of long but shapely clothes for us tall and lean guys. The quality of clothing and style is very good but I have a gripe about the waste sizes that seem miles out and means I have to go through the long-winded process of sending things back. Otherwise I would give five stars.
