Rückerstattung nie erhalten

Die Qualität war sehr schlecht, deswegen habe ich meine Bestellung zurückgeschickt. Allerdings habe ich mein Geld nie erstattet bekommen. Das ist absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig und ich werde nie wieder bestellen.

We’re sorry to read your review and we fully understand your frustration. However, after carefully reviewing your case, we can confirm that the return was never delivered to us.

We’ve requested the tracking number multiple times in order to verify the shipment, but unfortunately, it was never provided. Without proof of shipment, we’re unable to issue a refund, as per our return policy, which is public and applies equally to all customers.

That said, we’re still here and willing to resolve the matter in the best possible way. If you still have the tracking information or any further details, please share them with us — we’ll do our best to make things right for you :)

item didn’t come in time i paid extra…

item didn’t come in time i paid extra delivery fees of £11 and it didn’t come with in the needed time frame. unimpressed to say the least

dont buy from here

dont buy from here, its been 18 DAYS and i still dont have my pants still NO update whats so ever. What will i tell me parents? i lost €150, my order number was #6775
before they say “there is no order on your name”

Unbelievable! Never had such a bad and horrible experience!

Dear 2drippylab Team,
I appreciate that now you are answering within a day, as I was writing you daily because of the damaged jacket, you answered me after many days or almost a week. No wonder that the 14 days return expired, I suppose this was your plan with the delayed answers. By the way the jacket has been returned within the 14 days! It was your fault not having collected it!

Here the address of YOUR e-mail from October 21st which YOU gave me for the return:

I immediately returned on my cost the faulty jacket to this address!
UPS tried to deliver it 3 (!) times and afer that they left it at a UPS access point.
As you never picked it up at the UPS access point ( even I was reminding you daily and in Italian) it was returned on my cost for 115 EUR ( invoice has been provided to you).

I never refused the return, at the second time ( after I returned on my own cost and I got it back) I was asking for a return label. You not even answered me in this topic but you blackmailed me, here your words from your e-mail:
"we request that your negative review be removed. Once this is done, we will process a full refund for the jacket "
After the blackmailing you are also insulted me in your next e-mail.

Just to be clear! My intention is not to defame you just to get back my money!!!!
