Outstanding customer service. When DHL failed to deliver my parcel—a very costly reagent requiring storage at -80 °C—due to an address error by the delivery driver, Alison Cleary was exceptionally helpful. She promptly assisted me in contacting DHL and arranging redelivery, and thanks to her swift action, the shipment still had dry ice when it arrived. I am very grateful for her support - give her a raise!

Items did not arrive in the agreed period and I had to chase twice. Other orders for the same item were delivered before this order. The final delivery was made three months late.
UPDATE: Regarding the below response from the company, the below information about the supply chain was not communicated. The order was placed April 28, with delivery expected within 30 days. On June 9, I chased and was told I would be updated. On June 17th I chased again. On June 23 I was told a rush order had been placed. On June 24 I was told the item was anticipated for July 2. On July 8 I received a dispatch notice. The item arrived on July 9. Compensation and apology and explanation was offered on July 14. The compensation offered is 25% off a future order of £500 and some honey.
