I reiterate all the previous reviews re unwanted £39.99 payment being taken. I haven't even opened my product yet as it took a long time to arrive and have been charged for a recurring subscription. It may have been in the small print but definitely not made clear and no reminder sent that the charge would be made. Have not received a response to my refund request.

I never received it. I was told for a month by email it was on its way. Then informed it was sent back to the sender. They still refuse to give a refund. You can only email. It’s sent from chins not London. Big scam

The membership portal is having issues, freezing up, which won't allow me to cancel. I reached out to support to cancel because I am unemployed, I still got charged and support wants to offer other payments options. All I want is them to hold up to their cancel anytime policy, which is false advertising. If it was true, I would've been able to cancel.I am unemployed, and I do not want to incur anymore fees. Support still allowed the payment to go through and of course, I cannot get a refund. I am highly upset. Only thing that will rectify this is a refund and canceling my subscription. And please fix the portal so this doesn't happen to other customers.

I placed an order for products that came with a membership (free for the first month) in Dec 2025. After about a month of tracking my order, the status kept stating a label had been printed, but there was no further information. I waited a few more weeks, and after the second charge of membership fees, I finally contacted the company to cancel my membership and requested a refund for the products I never received. Customer service offered a couple of months free membership and to reship the equipment. I declined and requested a refund. They replied that they would take care of it. A week passed, no follow-up. I have emailed them multiple times about this, but I keep receiving the response that management will contact me to process the refund. This has now been going on for an additional month, which has made this a 3 month process. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I cancelled my registration for the 28-day challenge within minutes of subscribing and received confirmation that my reservation was cancelled.

However, I have still been charged and have not received a refund.

Please process a full refund immediately. If I do not receive a response within 3 business days, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank.

Absolute frauds and Chinese made board. Broke apart within weeks! I then tried to cancel my membership since May of 25!!! I emailed multiple times to cancel cancel cancel and instead they lowered my monthly membership to $9.99 which I honestly didn’t notice bc my credit card I used was already maxed out but apparently every time I made a monthly payment it was enough to allow the $9.99 charge to go through so they’ve been making this money off me since June!!!!

Oh and don’t bother going with the FLO company either, THEY ARE THE SAME!! Same exact board, same company, operating under several names.

This company is very fraudulent, they are scammers. An order that never arrived for Christmas I went ahead and cancelled it, probably 5 times, they still went ahead and delivered it 2 months later, I tried to send it back but because of their dishonesty, I was afraid they would NOT credit my money back, I kept it. At the same time of cancelling back in December 2025, I cancelled the classes, they still have gone and charged me for them. It is a battle to get anything HONEST from them. I had to cancel my card to STOP THE CHARGES

Customer service is an absolute joke. These guys only care about what they can squeeze out of you. DO NOT buy the borad with a free trial as they use your payment details and automatically subscribe you into the free trail stage which starts apone date of purchase. I never wanted the free trail and had no intention of using it so I never signed up to it. I bought the package because I wanted the board, the free items are a plus but not the reason for the sale.

Got my board 3 weeks after purchase and during January I noticed I was charged for 2 months? I have never even been on the site so how the hell did I get charged? Oh they take your payment details from your original purchase...

When is recived my board the timer was not even working, didnt think much of it. Aftert inspecting the quality of the board, I was not surprised the timer didnt work because the board its self is not good quality and I couldn't used it properly with out feeling anxiety that it was going to break. I called in the 90days money back garenteed and was told I had to foot the bill to return it ...

So not only has this company taken my money for this board, they have also taken $39.99 X2 that I didnt agree to and now I must also foot the bill for returning it ?
An absolute joke of a company and so unprofessional. Save your self the time and money.

28Pilates keeps charging me 39.99 a month WITHOUT authorization!!! I have emailed them and cancelled on app but they keep charging!!! Working with my cc to get full refund!!! DONTY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! No phone number to even call!!!!!

Talk about a BS company. They hit you with monthly charges even after you cancel them. Then a few months go by and they try hitting you with more BS charges.

Scammed! No communication regarding the subscription, took money out of my account without telling me.
Like the board but unfortunately the after service is shocking. I didn’t even complete the 30 day free trial but they decided to take my money and renew the monthly subscription at £39.99 !!! Joke

Oh my goodness! I really felt the need to write this review. I typically don't. I echo everything everyone is saying about the trial access subscription. I am currently disputing the charges for a monthly subscription. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive the product (it comes from China). How can I have a free trial and haven't received the product yet. At any rate, I never even logged into or used the trial. Then, this morning I get an alert that I have a charge on my credit card for a 30-month subscription. When purchasing, there is no mention of a recurring charge. I emailed them and received the following response: "Regarding the subscription charge: upon purchase, you started with a trial for the 28-Day Challenge, which included full access to the community, on-demand workouts, and all of our challenges. After the trial ended, it automatically transitioned into a Once the membership charge has processed, we’re unfortunately unable to fully reverse the subscription payment through our system due to the way recurring memberships are handled. This ensures uninterrupted access to your workouts, coaching support, and community features.

However, I absolutely don’t want to leave you feeling disappointed or unheard. While we’re unable to issue a full refund, I’d be more than happy to offer an alternative solution to make this right, such as:
1. Extending your membership access at no additional cost, so you receive extra time without paying again or
2. Offering a discounted monthly rate moving forward membership so you could continue without interruption."

Seriously!! I don't want it and they are trying to keep me locked in. As one of the other reviews indicated, you don't even get a notification that makes you aware ahead of time.

I paid through PayPal. I canceled it through there. I may not get a refund but I won't get any more charges from them.

Beware People!

They do not make it clear that there will be a recurring charge attached to the purchase of the board. Nor do they send an email notifying you of the upcoming charge. Then they have a totally bogus reason for not refunding your money. Avoid this business AT ALL COST.

The ordering and subscription part was a little complicated as the trail started the day I ordered it! It didn't take I to account the time it takes for us to receive the board. They did charge me after that but I was able to get refund within 14 days.
The group and members in it are very encouraging and motivating. I was able to slowly but steadily build my stamina through the 28 day challenge. I don't track my weight that well but I could definitely see increase in stamina and strength. I appreciate the team behind each workout video as it's made perfectly to match my speed, strength and experience with Pilates. I am willing to continue working out with this board and available videos as it keeps me on track with my goals! Thank you 28 Pilates team!

I placed my order over a month ago. Still have not received anything
I sent numerous emails only to be told it was in transit or there was a shipping problem. This company is a scam! Do not order from here. You will never get your product

I placed my order in December expecting a slow shipping process due to the time of year. Weeks went by with no update. I emailed and asked for an update and was told there was a shipping issue. Another week, I asked to cancel the order. I had to confirm via email (in the same chain) multiple times I wanted to cancel.

I have asked for my refund five or six times and keep getting excuses. I keep getting told it's being escalated to a manager. Nothing. It's over a month in at this point and I assume I'm out $100. Unbelievable.

Fraud, plain and simple. My wife purchased the reformer, but after it was delivered, an unwanted monthly subscription charge appeared on her credit card. This is a very deceptive company and practice. Now we need to dispute the charges with the credit card company.

I was excited when I bought the equipment but I've yet to use it as I'm an extremely busy executive. This product is not simply workout equipment, but also includes a subscription service that is not clearly communicated upfront, and buyers should be aware of this before purchasing. Apparently it is free for 28 days and then they start automatically charging you.

I attempted to cancel the subscription the same day I was charged—well within 24 hours—and before ever logging in or using the trial. I was informed that cancellation was not possible. I was also told the system did not allow same-day or immediate cancellations. My only option was to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
This experience has been frustrating and misleading, and I believe it is important for potential customers to understand how the subscription and cancellation process actually works before making a purchase.

Beware of their 'free trial' trap! They charge you $39.99 without warning and then refuse to refund it even if you contact them right away. Very dishonest business practices. Stay away!
