Bought from Jinzhou on FaceBook. They claimed it was sent and signed for but no-one is here by that name. They said they would make it right but zero. PAY PAL has "investigated" for 45 days and keeps pushing the resolution date with zero evidence from the seller. BUYER BEWARE. Jinzhou and Pay Pal playing games but you are the loser.

I ordered some underwear from a company on Facebook when it arrived it was too small so i emailed company who never answered my emails i got return address to send item to china i posted item in august i put a claim into PayPal but because it should have arrived by startof September and it didn't they couldnt refund me so i got in touch with royal mail the parcel was stuck in tradions department so now iam waiting for a refund from royal mail which can take up to 90 days avoid this company at all cost they are a scam company laughing all the way to con people out of their money.

Bought a coat from Jinzhou back in September but never received anything. I got incontact wth paypal about this issue who basically said that the have proof that the coat was shipped to Royal Mail near by. Ive contacted Royal Mail who know nothing about it. Reading all the comments i do think paypal should be well aware of these scammers by now. I always thought using paypal was safe but ive lost my money now. 😡

Absolute scam, took my money months ago for a coat, still no coat and no refund, keep saying its on its way and blaming covid19. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

crap product, certainly not 'realistic" and very overpriced.
Took months to arrive.. and when it did I was very very unhappy.

I wanted to select “0” stars, but then you can’t write a review. I bought a water float that was supposed to hold 3-6 people. The picture showed 3 people standing on it in the water. What I received wouldn’t hold a single person up. It was a fraction of the size displayed. China should police such companies as it further compromises China’s credibility when it comes to goods and services. I called customer service and they said “you got what you expected”

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES - THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER AS HUNDREDS OF OTHER PEOPLE AND YOU BELIEVE THE ITEM IS ON ITS WAY - THIS IS FRAUD AND I HAVE PROOF FROM ROYAL MAIL - THEY THEN GIVE THE SAME TRACKING INFORMATION TO PAYPAL AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU BECUASE THE GOODS ARE SUPPOSEDLY DELIVERED - UTTER LYING GARBAGE FRAUDSTER THIEVES. I wish I had read this sooner! PayPal denied my claim TOO, JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO provided a FALSE tracking number! I have been asking for a tracking number from them for months and they never could send me one that stated that they shipped the order and just kept asking me to be patient. it wasn't until I was reaching the end of my time limit with PayPal that i decided to file a claim! they even responded through the PayPal communication system to say they were communicating with their shipper to get the order rushed! ***WARNING*** DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM CHINA!!! THIS IS A SCAM!

Also been scammed, wish I’d read this sooner. PayPal denied my claim because they provided a false tracking number. PayPal advised me to contact Royal Mail, spent 90 minutes on hold for them to tell me it wouldn’t be cost effective to send me a 2 minute email as it’s not a complaint regarding them, disgraceful service throughout.

Ordered a full size bed cover and matching pillow shams. Received a throw blanket. Totally rotten misleading bad company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Okay listen up everybody. I am also a victim from this company and this is what I had to do. I also contacted the company and they told me that it was delivered. They sent me a tracking number which showed that an item was delivered to a different address. The tracking number was not for my product was for another product delivered to someone else in my area. The product was totally different. I contacted the post office explain the problem to them. They told me that according to their scan records the delivery was made on October 3rd of this year link to that tracking number. They would not tell me the address that it was delivered to but it did not matter. My item was a bulky item the item delivered with that tracking number fit in the palm of your hand. They gave me a tracking number which was used for someone else they had received their item. This is the scam. If they give you a tracking number it will show that it was delivered. You have to contact the post office explain what happened they will look into it and you may be able to obtain a letter from the post office local post office stating that the tracking number was not for your item and you believed that you were cheated by the seller. Once you obtain this letter from the local post office scan and forward it to PayPal they will reopen your case. Like I said the same thing happened to me I followed up with the letter PayPal contacted me and said that they will open and close the case but this time it will be in my favor and to expect my refund within a few days or during the next billing cycle of my credit card used or hooked up with PayPal. Don't give up. Get a letter from the post office stating that the tracking number was not for your item and they will see that your address is different than the tracking number product scan. Good luck I hope this helps someone. Currently I am waiting for the credit to be put on my PayPal account I will try to update once I receive my refund which was just under $100.

I paid for some boots from Jinzhou Network they told me that they had posted them, 3 months later still no boots arrived, After many emails they said they would send another pair of boots.Then they told me they had been delivered, not to me they weren't. I opened a claim with paypal, they denied my claim, won't be using paypal again, they don't care !!!!!!!!!!

I received an email advising my order had been sent with a tracking number. I checked with Royal Mail and was told that package was for an entirely different address. Contacted Jinzhou 3 times and was fobbed off with unhelpful messages. Complained to PayPal but all they said was the package had been delivered so they could not help. I am disgusted with both this company and PayPal and advise to never buy anything from them

Same thing happened to me. No tracking details. 2 months after order not received contacted PayPal who say the seller produced delivery receipt. Denied claim.

I ordered clothes from the company which never arrived. When I contacted the company, they said they were going to sent it, but it never came. I had paid through Paypal but they would not help me since there was a tracking number. The tracking number were not there during the process, so that must have been added later on. I am really disappointed with both 24helpfriends and Paypal.

Do NOT buy from this company. They used different companies as a UK front on Facebook and then you never receive their goods. I used PayPal and they denied my first claim as they had tracking information showing that my item had been “delivered” I followed it up with Royal Mail and have proof that the tracking number was in fact assigned to another parcel delivered to someone else. I forwarded the evidence to PayPal but they still wouldn’t accept it. After multiple messages I then contacted my bank who gave me an immediate refund. Strangely enough a separate item ordered at a similar time has now been refunded by PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have seen so many reviews that are exactly what happened to me. Tracking stated delivered but was not delivered. I have security cameras and saw nothing on the day, days prior or after when it was claimed to be delivered. Paypal denied my escalation as they received delivery confirmation from seller. It's all crap. After ordering a 'Stihl' battery operated chain saw, realised that the advertisement showed 'Stihl' badging on the unit, but confirmation of the order had no 'Stihl' badging.
After 12 weeks I chased it up and tracking said delivered. Escalation with Paypal resulted in claim denied. Why would I want to hassle for another piece of rubbish if the first one was actually delivered. I kept getting replies pertaining to 'logistic company not having tracking number', logistic company given wrong tracking number' time and again. 'Please do not hesitate contact me in future. Have a nice day' Eff off. One very pissed off buyer.

I do not understand how PAYPAL can have the wool pulled over theirs eyes so consistently by this company. And I use the term 'company' loosely. The term 'Company' is a gross overstatement. Not 'company', more like 'professional scam artist'.
Very disillusioned at the manner in which Paypal denied my escalation.

If I could give zero stars I would! Like the others here, I ordered items that I never received! This company is scamming everyone!

I ordered lights from this company for christmas, spent $80.00. Never received, never communicated until a filed claim with paypal. Company then provided a shipping tracking number and paypal denied my claim. Shipping tracking number showed the package as delivered. I checked with post office and they advised the package was delivered to a different address and in a different name. So it appears the company is using duplicate tracking numbers. Paypal still has not refunded my money and this company is a piece of s..... Do not order anything
