I spent $44 for snow fall lights. I never received them and PayPal sided with them. The P. O. claimed the package was delivered to another address and that I had to contact the seller. Nothing. I will not be using PayPal anymore. I trusted them to protect me. They did not. I am reading all of these complaints about PayPal. I am so disappointed in them.

Paid for boots last September- got nothing. When I emailed them in the beginning- they said deliveries were slow due to COVID. Now emails are getting sent back - non delivered.
Don’t waste your money like I have - wish I had read the reviews before I lost the money.

Ordered in Jan. Nothing arrived. Chased via email. Requested refund, refused. Escalated through PayPal, case closed as evidence of delivery provided even though the product is still in transit. Besla refuse to give delivery information. Total con.

Paid for Coat through PayPal..never received it..kept telling me it was coming..but never did arrive!
I've sent emails several times..but nothing has arrived. DON'T SEND ANY MONEY..CHINESE SCAMMERS

I wouldn’t even give them a chance 1 if I had the option absolutely disgusting service and I don’t understand how PayPal don’t know this I have had the resolution ten close all enquiries down because this company still continue to give fake tracking numbers

Do not buy from them!! They are fraudulent and do not have these products to sell so you will never receive them!! They will also lie to PayPal with fake tracking numbers - I have proof as they use 2 different tracking numbers for my item and if it wasn’t for our brilliant Royal Mail service I would still be out of pocket!! I finally got my money back after 6 months!!! I would advise anyone who has unfortunately already purchased something to challenge the tracking numbers with Royal Mail!! Bad company!!

Wouldn’t even give one star!! Don’t use this company and if you have send a complaint to PayPal I received a full refund within 2 weeks. Pay pal are aware.

Such a shame you don’t know who this company is until you go to PayPal to checkout, so can’t review them first, I am in dispute as after several mo this in waiting for the product and several complaints they sent the boots but they were disgusting smelling of fresh spray paint and all creased, supposed be real leather waterproof boots.....what a laugh!!!
They won’t answer my e mails I have as led PayPal to step in as I want a refund, I have supplied them all the information but still waiting for a resolution. Why is PayPal still dealing with these people when they know they are causing so many problems to their customers.
PayPal you will be going the journey or be held up in a court of law if you don’t protect your customers this is disgusting service, all these companies on fb are usually the same people all rubbish materials and even worse customer service, if you note after you have ordered they take the advert off your fb page so you can write a bad review....DO NOT TOUCH ...these people......

I managed to get PayPal to eventually approve my refund after they closed my claim twice.

Knew this ‘company’ was trying to stall me until my 180 days rights to a claim would pass. Initially I thought it would be easily resolved as I kept proof of them admitting it was not sent to my address.

PayPal closed the case after bogus tracking order to random address was given.

I contacted an agent, the agent sent on the bogus tracking order to me and told me to contact my postal company for proof of missing item. Upon doing so, it was again the random address that wasn’t mine, sent to a random female (I’m male), with a signature that wasn’t mine or the females.

Sent this to PayPal and they told me they would resolve it. The case was closed against me again, stating that the company proved it was sent.

I contacted another agent with all this info again, they said they can’t help me as the tracking order and address was not associated with me and I would have to contact the postal company in person and get a document proving the item was sent to me but never arrived.

They also reminded me they are not responsible for shipping errors.

I told them I cannot prove it was sent to me and never arrived as it was never sent to me in the first place. I reminded them that the reason that the tracking order didn’t match my address that I had given as evidence was because it was the only one given to me TWICE by PayPal as proof send to them by the con artists. I reminded them that if they are stating proof of the item being received, the sender legally has to show them proof of it being sent to my shipping address and PayPal legally has to show me proof that it was shipped to my address.

I told them to send new proof but noted my address and name must be linked within the tracking order.

The agent then contacted me and told me they are giving me the refund as they researched the company more after talking with me and realized they were taking advantage of their terms and conditions after reading the other claims etc.

Do not let these Con artists get away with it.

item never arrived, opened dispute with PAYPAL. seller provided bogus tracking number, PAYPAL closed case, all further comms denied. INEVER RECIEVED MY ITEM OR A REFUND

I got ripped off. Filed a dispute with Paypal. The fraudsters provided a fake shipping number - case closed.

This has happened to me before.

You need to phone Paypal, speak to a human, reopen the case and refund is accepted.

This is an update to a previous post.
Disappointingly after contacting Paypal, we've the same result as everyone else. Paypal have been given a fake tracking number as proof of delivery despite my advising them in the original dispute and providing evidence this company refuses to provide proof of delivery by way of signature of common carrier evidence; it appears fake evidence is enough to satisfy Paypal.
I have written back to Paypal and attached a link for these comments.
Paypal have shown a complete disregard and duty of care in protecting us; the clients who are being defrauded by this company and appear to be committed in helping this company continue to defraud it's and Paypals customers.

I ordered from these at the end of December never received my delivery but PayPal won’t do anything about this as they provided tracking number to PayPal I have cctv no delivery on the day they say it was delivered please don’t use ,was only £30 but how many times have they done this

They take your money, send you shipping confirmation and tracking info which is fake. If you use PAYPAL they don't refund you because there is tracking info.

Not even worthy of 1 star rating, more like-5. I ordered some footwear August last year and am still waiting . I have chased the order quite few times via email and get the same answer, “delivery has been delayed but we will chase it up” not good enough 🥴

I ordered some Elf Memory boots in december. When they hadn't arrived I contacted the company "besla" they fobbed me off saying the package was on it's way. I raised again a month later and was told the same thing. I thought I was protected by PayPal so went through their resolution service. PayPal refused to accept the claim as the seller has stated item was shipped. I have been unable to contact paypal and they have not responded to my emails. Disgusted with Besla and feel same way about PayPal. Will never use either again.

Placed an order and used PayPal thinking that if anything went wrong they would come to the rescue, WRONG! They provided me with one tracking number which when tracked it says it was delivered, I contacted USPS who due to privacy laws could not tell me where it was delivered but, when I told the rep my name and address USPS said no that’s not the correct address for this number. Filed a complaint with PayPal, provided them with emails where they (merchant) say they gave me the wrong tracking number but, dismissed my complaint because the merchant proved that the item was delivered with a totally different tracking number. PayPal would not refund me my money, instead gave me a voucher for the amount I paid for the item. Jinzhou Network Technologies /24helpfriends are liars and thieves.

Ordered nearly 6 months ago, still no product! PayPal didn’t act on the claim either as Jinzhou provided a bogus shipping number. Shame on you Jinzhou, you ruin it for all Chinese companies and you PayPal for not acting, knowing that the reviews on here are all the same!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I couldn’t give 0 stars but would have. Been in a dispute with pay pal, they are not having it. According to the company the item was delivered. The tracking number given is not me or my address. No one is taking responsibility for my lost money and I am fuming. Please avoid this company. PayPal are well aware of these scams but will do nothing to protect your payment. Stinks all the way to their bank 😡😡😡
