Hi Lesley,
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad the return and replacement process was smooth and that you now have your Dumbo Britto in perfect condition. We appreciate your patience and continued support!
We send out over 30,000 'fragile' orders a year - whilst we do everything to minimise the chance of an item arriving damaged there will always be some issues. However, should this happen, you can rest assured that we will always arrange a free return and then a replacement or full refund.
Best regards,

Hi,
Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re glad Mark could get your order out promptly, even after the Royal Mail posting deadline, and that your figures arrived safely and well packed. It’s wonderful to hear you’re pleased with them — your support means a lot to us!

Quality control issue.
Very quick service, Shame one item was sent in damaged packaging. The packer should have noticed it before packing (plastic clam shell shattered - Jim shore mini figurine exposed to damage) )
Please be more attentive to the condition of the products before sending. These are brand new collectables and the quality of packaging is very important to the buyer. Please improve your QC.

Svar fra 24-7 Games & Collectables
Hi, thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that one of the figurines you received arrived damaged.
I can see that you have placed several orders with us and you will be aware that we individually wrap each figurine in bubble wrap, and then ship them inside a box with additional void fill protective packaging.
We also open and inspect each figurine at the point of dispatch, but unfortunately damage can still occur during transit. We do our best to try and minimise on damages and returns, but you cannot avoid everything, given the fragility of many products we sell.
Should this happen then please contact us by using the contact us form on the website. We will happily arrange a free of charge return for you and then the choice of a replacement or full refund.
Kind regards,
Mark Harrison
