This was the first time we have had to use a 20-cube team service like this for our high-volume Air Shipment, so I had no idea how it worked but exceeded our expectations, thanks to Jignesh and their team's exceptional customer service.
They provided valuable advice and safety guidelines for transportation and were responsive to our inquiries.
I received regular updates on the shipment's progress, which was crucial.
I'm grateful for the positive experience, and it has left me with a desire to utilize 20cube.com exclusively for future shipments.

We have only changed over to 20 Cube this year and already we are amazed at the professional attitude of your Customer Service Manager Josie Murgadas. Her incredible knowledge and ability to be able to address any queries any of our staff have is what we have realised we were missing from our previous Freight Forwarder. Josie has a remarkable talent when dealing with all the levels in our Company from Warehouse floor staff to the Owner. She is a massive asset to 20 Cube.
