Leaves me with an impression that they use AI to rephrase your question and whatever crumbles of information they can get from cookies, generate some picture of a "doctor" and a date different from today. Give a generic empty rumble on the subject before redirecting you to the "expert". Too obvious. I wish I could block the site.

Scam website. I asked for support that if it was possible to share my wifes account with my account in OneDrive. We talked for about 25 minutes that ended with support-guy told me that it was not possible. The support-guy also had a very difficult overseas accent to understand.38$ was drawn from my account. Thanks for nothing!

For $65, I asked for a question how to close my printer door. An indian offshore gets on and wants to unplug/ plug? I asked for a call but they continue to chat. How can you chat and use your hands for the printer? I went through 2 people. They got my phone number but they continue to chat.
For legal matters, you have to know NO law b/c they give high level viiew....and ends with " consult with attorney". Fr $64, it is so not worth it

You get " chatbox"...so slow and I spent 1 hours chatting with chatbox...and then they disconnect nd go to another chat box.

Excellent website and customer service. They paid me very well to write this review. Would definitely recommend!

Scam website. Imitates a tech (and many other industry) support site but you can't even browse their website without a pushy chatbot that obstructs the page content and demands payment to answer your question. And of course it is a recurring monthly payment which by all reports can’t easily be cancelled.
And why is there a duplicate entry on trustpilot that has a 4.6 star rating - the answer is because that entry is a paid account where they control the narrative.

absolute garbage site trying to bait you into paying for a subscription, with a pushy AI chatbot trying to rope you in. Never noped out of a site so hard since QUORA. Total scam.

A few days later I get email that they have charged PayPal £55 . Going into PayPal i discover there is a monthly payment to come out for ,£55 !
Why do thse people do this ??
The stress of dealing with this to stop further payments and get the £55 back .. you can imagine .

I used them and agreed to a $5 transaction once. They charged me $40 for three months before I noticed. Their website has a chatbot that took me in circles, and I never was able to talk to a person about it. The chatbot directed me to sign in, but their website did not recognize my information, because I did not sign up as a member. So there is no way to sign in to talk to a customer service rep, and no way to resolve the issue without signing in. I searched online for scam information, and many people have reported the same situation of being charged for a membership that they did not agree to. I had to delete my bank card to stop the charges.

I was trying to cancel a magazine subscription for The Economist. I was on their web page when JustAnswer popped up looking like a regular chatbot. All of the sudden I’m Being asked for “ an immediately refundable” $5 . At this point I still think I’m dealing with the magazine. I lay the $5 assuming they’ll just cancel my subscription
and refund me. Up no, moments later my card is charged $45 ! I actually managed to cancel my Economidt magazine subscription on my own while I waited for a phone call that never came. The only answer I got from JustAnswer was a confirmation thst I had just been charged a non refundable $45 that will auto renew. Now for the past half hour I’ve been trying to cancel JustAnswer but every time I try to contact them they ask for another $5 . Which 8 assume will turn into another $45 .
All 8 can think to do is cancel my debit card and report them to my bank.

This company is just a fraud based answering service. While I was forced to the site to try and get tech support on printer ink, they charged my $5 to get the answer. A month later they hit you up with a $48 monthly service that you never approve or authorize. Now I had to have my credit card closed, and will have to reset all of my re-occurring billings. I googled Just Answer, and it appears there are multiple lawsuits against them for the same fraudulent activities.

Horrible Company!

I tried to make a complaint to Royal Mail and was misleadingly redirected here, then charged £35 . Beware this fraudulent firm.

I originally thought that I was treated excellent! I was making a complaint about my UBER experience on February 7th at est time 2:15pm. It took me to Just Answer app where they wanted $1.00 on credit card. They advertised it would be refunded after the call! Yet they charged my credit card $46 before I spoke to anyone!!!! Now I’m calling bank to stop it completely! I was SCAMMED!

Also, Justanswer has several physicians that are simply superior to any physicians I’ve ever known in my 34 plus years in medical practice.
Justanswer has attorneys that are superior to others I’ve ever known, such as attorney Wendy, atty Ray, legalgems etc. I am extremely satisfied with Justanswer. I most heartily recommend them without reservation to EVERYONE!!!

They tell you it’s £1 to speak to someone. It isn’t. They charge you another £39. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MASSIVE SCAM.

I WAS LOOKING FOR OUTLOOK SUPPORT AND THIS COMPANY POPPED UP ON THE TOP OF THE LIST FOR MICROSOFT SUPPORT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE MICROSOFT. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE OPERATING A SCAM. THEY DIRECT YOU TO A PORTAL TO PAY €1 FOR THE INFORMATION YOU WANT BUT WHEN YOU GO TO THE PAYMENT PAGE, THE BILL JUMPS TO €46.

It states in its website that it has 5 starts on Trust Pilot-yeh right , well where are they then. Do t waste your money it’s s rip off they say if you pay £5 they will answer your question. Once you have paid they then say -oh have you got another£43 . You obviously ssy -no so they leave you in the learch
