I played a lot on this site and lost a lot in different games, but this is not the point.
I deposited 7$ a month ago, the funds got subtracted from my bank, but I didn't receive them in the playing account even now.
I contacted them right away, sent them everything they asked for (all receipts from the bank, everything) and even after that they just closed my request saying ... "For this payment, the provider reported that no funds were received." Or like "Our payment system didn't receive the money"!!!

Guys, it's only 7$ and in the end I will still lose them to you, and you cannot just add them to my playing account!!! It's totally absurd to spend a month on that shit.

What do you think will happen if you make a bigger deposit, like 100$ or even more?? You won't get them in life ((

My account was blocked by 1win without a clear discretion instead they said my account was banned cause of multiple accounts, when I already have funds in there,cause how will a casino platform block someone account with funds in there without the user notice.

I made a deposit but nothing has shown in my account, scam platform

I made a deposit yesterday night using my VISA but nothing has shown in my account I made a deposit of 5USD...have been complaining through support on the application but no response my Id 327459969

el día el día 5 de julio del 2025 realicé el depósito desde mi cuenta de banco y todavía 54 horas después aún no se refleja y no me deja jugar obviamente las operadoras no sirven absolutamente para nada me comuniqué con los dos correos que conseguí tanto al correo de soporte técnico como el de seguridad y ninguno de los dos correos ni las operadoras que tienen que realmente no sirven me da respuesta de qué ocurrió con mi dinero supuestamente tengo que esperar entre uno y siete días hábiles pero no veo absolutamente ningún tipo de movimiento ni siquiera me hacen el reembolso de mi dinero no me dicen que pasó con el dinero no me lo acreditan a la cuenta no puedo jugar entonces no sé de verdad sinceramente no recomiendo la plataforma vi demasiada demasiadas personas recomendándolo y quise participar a ver qué qué tal la plataforma y totalmente una porquería por decirlo así porque realmente lo que es no saben resolver los problemas que se le presentan en la plataforma no saben resolverle los problemas a los usuarios no sé entonces para que tienen un soporte técnico ni para que tienen nada de lo que tienen porque no sirven para nada realmente
