Richard answered the call promptly and dealt with the matter in hand efficiently and reported back with the insurance documents the same day. As always I am very pleased with the service I receive for both house and car insurance.

I’ve used 1stop insurance since 2016
I’ve used 1stop insurance since 2016, they’ve always been super helpful with renewals, better offers and are very responsive. Any time I need help or have questions, they are always there to help. They are also very fast in getting policies and quotes across. I would recommend !

Great service for my travel policy
I needed a Holiday Insurance Policy but was aware that costs had risen considerably since my previous use of such policies. 1Stop had serviced my needs in the past so I was expecting the same level of service. Nothing was too much for Sally when requesting separate quotes for single trip and annual multi-trip policies. Details were taken in a timely manner and details were sent to me by email. I was somewhat alarmed at the cost but realised that at my age, there is an age premium, medical premium and tax which added considerably to the cost. I settled for a single trip policy on this occasion, and I am pleased with the policy and the service received.
