19RINGS Anmeldelser

I was so nervous reaching out to Jack and 19rings but when we started talking after the first message i was so faithful and excited with the product i was going to get. He made every thing feel so smoothly and really brought my idea to life. I am so so grateful for him and will definitely be a returning customer!! Thank you Jack!!

I was in the market for a signet ring in a very small size and spoke to at least 10 jewellers before Jack, some of whom I think took advantage of the fact I didn’t know exactly what I was after, and none were half as helpful or responsive! From the offset Jack was extremely transparent, communicative and helpful, creating designs I loved from scratch with absolutely no input or ideas from me. The actual jewellery making process was a lot faster than I expected, and I was kept updated throughout. I can’t recommend 19rings enough, incredibly good value for money and a high quality service from start to finish.

I had a fantastic experience with 19 Rings from start to finish. Jack was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and couldn’t do enough for me. What really stood out was that he was messaging and responding out of hours, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The ring is absolutely perfect. Jack really listened to what I wanted, made the changes where needed without any hassle, and made sure everything was just right. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Highly recommend 19 Rings – amazing service and a beautiful ring!

I had started my designing progress in January to create a very custom and high quality signet ring that hold a lot of meaning for my boyfriend for valentines day! The entire process was seamless and I got all my questions answered almost immediately and got designed better than I imagined. It was so easy to alter changes while still receiving honest opinions. I ordered all the way fro California and it came in time! My boyfriend absolutely loved his custom ring and I know it is a high quality piece he will have forever and hold meaning! Go get a ring!!

The whole process, from consultation to production, was very easy and relaxed. Communication with 19rings was excellent — they were always friendly, helpful, and open to sharing their honest opinion. They supported me throughout the decision-making process and helped me choose what worked best, while perfectly bringing my vision to life.

Designed and made a custom ring. Communication was clear from the get go with swift responses. The process with Jack was easy and stress free from start to finish and I ended up getting a quality product as promised! Top guy all round and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Royal Mail screwed up the delivery. Jack rectified the problem promptly, communication was excellent. Can’t fault 19 rings.

Jacks communication from start to finish was brilliant, he was super understanding if I wanted any changes made to the design, and was always super quick at replying. He gave me plenty of design options right from the start and he was very helpful with that. I just received the ring today and it’s literally perfect, I would recommend 19Rings to anyone :)) Thankyou so much again Jack, you did a wonderful job :)

Messaged on TikTok after seeing a ring the made and wanted a custom ring made, process of design went smoothly and then had the ring made and polished. Quick and easy process and definitely worth the £!

No complaints from start to finish, great service, great product, great communication!

A few weeks ago I got in contact with Jack to make a ring as a present. His responses are quick and always answer any questions that have been asked. I had help from Jack to make the perfect ring and my boyfriend absolutely loved it. There were a few scratches on the ring (most likely from a bit of ware) and when I got in contact with Jack he straight away sent a postage label and got it re polished and cleaned up and sent it back after about 3 days. When it came back it was absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t recommend this business anymore, fast + informative replies and amazing products. It’s a brilliant find!

Jack was incredible to deal with throughout. Helpful in conversations to figure out best options, was very generous in time and energy trying different designs until we landed on the perfect one. I’d have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him.
