Very beginning of contacting the business the entire service was excellent. The representative was very professional and helpful.

We talked to a young lady by the name of Narda who arranged to sit down and discuss our case with a gentleman named Armando the next day. It all went well and very informative about our situation and to help come to a decision during this time. The young lady stay in contact with us through the process of our meet and responded back to my calls. A pleasure to have the assistance she provided and and just a delightful young lady.

My experience was great they are very accessible and on point

WONT STOP CALLING. THEY KEEP CALLING US AND TEXTING AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT INCLUDING MIDNIGHT 5 TIMES IN A ROW LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT OBVIOUSLY ISNT US. IF THEY CANT GET A CUSTOMER INFORMATION RIGHT AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR NORMAL HOURS OF SLEEP, DO YOU WANT TO TRUST THEM IN A COURTROOM?

They tell people that certain law firms or county bar associations speak Spanish and they DO NOT! It's horrible to mislead people that are just trying to find legal help in Spanish!

The Law2 engages in spam calls through a contractor in violation of the US FCC TCPA provisions and phones despite consumers being on the do not call list. I can't trust an attorney who begins the relationship by breaking the law.

They are mental losers and they do not know how do their jobs and are very violent a to a Disabled Veteran and harassing me to no bitter end.

They were incredibly quick at first and got me over to someone. The attorney seemed very interested for about 2 days then just stopped returning my calls. I called this hotline back and they said they could only give me the one option they originally matched me with and even they couldn’t get through to the attorney. A dud if you ask me.

The worst service. They will call you and tell you about a free consultation that is available and after getting your email address and phone number they will give you two things.
1. Based on the information we can not find a attorney who can help you.
2. We can give you another phone number where you can get the help.

I hired this firm in 99. I was in a car accident that permitted damaged my lower back. They did vary little to help me. With all of my ex rays and reports from my doctor stating I will need back surgery they only got me 8 thousand because my attorney refused to do his job. I had a second operation in 2008 and now I am perminaly Disabled.

My elderly stepfather tripped on an unmarked curb in a gas station and broke his hip in November, 2018 resulting in surgery and a significant degradation in his mobility and quality of life. I contacted 1-800-the-law2 in December and was assigned to Jackson White Attorneys At Law in Arizona. I would contact them every few weeks and ask for an update, and was told they were getting his medical files, contacting the gas station's insurance company, etc. Then, in June, 2019, six month's after they were hired, the law firm wants my elderly mother to contact the various medical providers (both in and out of state) and get my stepfather's medical records and bills. When I objected and commented that the law firm had asked for a release early on and was supposed to have already gotten the medical records, I was told (via text message) that the attorney would call me the following Monday. On Thursday, I hadn't heard from the attorney and sent another email asking for a status update. I received an email with an attached "withdrawal" letter from the law firm stating that they couldn't "establish liability" with the gas station, and reminding me that the statute of limitations on filing a lawsuit began on the date of the incident, and we only had a year from that date to file any lawsuit. So, six months after they were contracted (and one half way through our filing statute of limitations), they appear to have done little work and withdraw. That's extremely poor and unprofessional service!

Be very wary of the quality of representation you receive from 1-800-the-law2!

I am so glad that I found 1800 the law2. They got me a lawyer right away. And I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect.

I hired the Law Office of Luis Bermeo on September 7, 2018. They were supposed to get me a DR. I haven't heard from them, I've called multiple times only to be able to leave a voicemail, I was able to reach a person the last time I called which was Monday September 22, 2018. I told her I needed to see a DR and that they had promised me they would set up and appointment and I hadn't heard anything. She stated they're working on it and I'd recieve an appointment notification in the mail. It is now September 28, no DR, no return calls from the attorney. When I first talked to Luis he was great and very helpful, he then set me up with a legal assistant, Juan and he is not taking care of me or calling me back.

Awesome help, good listeners and answered all of my questions. Had same day service and they worked around my schedule. Would reccomend to anyone.

The experience was horrible they didn’t do what I said they couldn’t complete a simple task so I told them I do not need them and one minute later I had to use my simple task by myself

I called and the person who answered was very polite and helpful. She transferred me to some one else named Claudia, and she in turn was also vey helpful ,and said the lawyer would call me back. The lawyer called me back and He told me what I needed to do. He was very understanding of my situation . I in turn send all the paper work that they needed. I hope they will be able to help me. The Lawyer spoke to me with respect and make me feel that He would try his best on my behalf.

I had to answer a bunch of questions with a screener. I kind of knew it would be a waste of my time and it was. Attorney was not helpful in the least. She acted like I wasted her time and I already knew I didn’t have a case but I had some questions to ask about a no-contact, hit-and-run.

The lawyer I received thru them was the worst attorney you could imagine. I suggest u research your own attorney and not rely on this service to avoid being set up with a waste of time
