1800FlyEurope Anmeldelser

I was happy to get a lower price on my flight to Europe through 1800flyeurope! One thing which did frustrate me was the fact that I would get different quotes every time I searched even if the searches were only five minutes apart. If I forgot to write down the reference number of a quote for a price I liked, I couldn't count on getting the same quote during a subsequent search.

I needed a one-way ticket from Philadelphia to Barcelona and found tickets for one-third the price of other sites.

The email confirmation date is different then one I booked. I tried to change it and was told there is a fee of $350 per ticket. This is less than 48 hours after I booked. My husband is under several doctors care and I would not have made that date - he simple can't travel then? I am disputing the charges with the credit card company since they will not help me.

We used 1800flyeurope last year for a one way flight to Barelona Spain prior to boarding a cruise ship for a transatlantic cruise, got great rate last. Taking basicallythe cruise again this year, but got frustrated because were much higher when.first looking, but were very pleased when.checking this.week fares.were.back down to same great rate as last year.

If you are planning a trip use

I was unable to do our 2 tickets together for some reason and then it would not accept info on my husband. Called and the young lady was very nice but it took her quite a while to complete his reservation for some unknown reason. Now my eticket has arrived but my husband's ticket has not come through. Am wondering why this has occurred!

I am so happy I discovered this site for booking overseas travel! I have purchased tickets through the 1800FlyEurope site three times now, and every situation has been different and equally simple. I even had to speak to a representative on the phone my first time because somehow my name was spelled wrong but it was easy to get a live person, and they worked with me to get it fixed without any problems. I've told my friends about this site, and plan to continue using it for my trips abroad! thank you!
Negative--the website could use some work. It never remembers I fly out of LAX and always defaults to Boston (?). Also, having the ability to search multiple dates/flexible travel plans would be hugely beneficial. Finally, when you are viewing the list of flight options, and choose to go "back" to the home page, it doesn't quite load properly and I end up having to start the whole search again...including the default Boston setting.

I was having a very hard time finding a flight to Barcelona and a return from Paris. Other major websites were very difficult to navigate and the prices were higher. Flyeurope was much easier and less expensive.

Better deals. Still, the super cheap deals they do advertising with are not be found. I wish they would offer the option of seeing what dates and cities have for sure those best deals at any given moment.
What really sucks is that on the main flight finder they don't offer the scroll thru calendar and furthermore every time you want to search a different date or just change one of the cities you have to give in ALL the info over and over again. Not convenient if you try to find the cheapest flight. On the little flight finder (on right side) you can't just change particulars and let it search again, you actually have to get out and in again to be able to search each additional time.

I found the cheapest flight online through 1800flyeurope. I called customer service to compare - they answered quickly.

Good experience so far!

The online service is great - I needed to call them and the customer service was very helpful. The prices are very good and the site allows for flight comparisons. I would encourage anyone looking for a flight to europe - use this service.

dealing with 1800flyeurope is very user friendly. web site is easy to navigate and a big plus is that you can talk to a "real person" right here in the US. Have been using them for my travel needs for the past 4 years and will continue to use them. Have also referred them to friends and received many thanks.

Very good pricing, great customer service.

The service was easy, fast and the follow-up very professional.
Would highly recommend this to other clients and friends.

I used this same company a couple years ago to book my flight to London! It was such an easy experience, that I sifted through old E-mails to find their info for my upcoming trip to Rome! I didn't speak with a person this time, but the website was so user friendly that I didn't need Customer Service assistance! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone flying Internationally!

Prices are way better than either through the airlines themselves or the obnoxious sites that abound the web and spam you simultaneously.

I booked a trip from Charlotte, NC to Venice, Italy which was confirmed and paid for. On the basis of that I booked a flight on a different outbound flight and same return flight for my wife, which was confirmed and paid for.
One hour later I got an update saying that the price of my flight was increased by $120.
I called 1800FlyEurope and was told that my options were to accept or cancel.

How can you gazump a flight that was Confirmed by e-mail within an hour ?

It was easy to book. I was notified promptly when an issue occurred. The service was attentive and helpful. I am satisfied !

The itinerary that was listed actually turned out to be quite complicated. I ended up with two open-jaw tickets on a very tight connection schedule with no one responsible for the routing but myself. I just have to hope there are no delays in the flights. I could have made a different purchase at the beginning of the process, but the only good alternatives were unavailable by the time I learned of the problem. It took several phone calls to find out just how this would work.

I'm happy to be taking my trip with the lowest possible fare that I could find -
at IFlyEurope.
