very good experience, very professional.
suggest to give the opportunity to schedule an appointment at the web site.

No other company would come to my house with a battery. The guy was really friendly and changed it in no time. Very affordable service and a life saver!

Terrible Experience – Paid Upfront, No Service Provided!

I had a horrible experience with 1-800-Battery and want to warn others before they waste their time and money. I paid upfront for a battery replacement service, expecting quick and reliable assistance. Instead, they never showed up and failed to communicate any delays or issues.

I attempted to reach customer service multiple times, but getting a response was nearly impossible. When I finally got through, they gave me the runaround and provided no real solution—just excuses. Despite paying in advance, I still haven’t received my battery or a refund.

This company is completely unreliable and has zero accountability. If you’re in need of a battery, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Avoid 1-800-Battery at all costs!

Excellent experience with them replacing my dead battery on-site at my house. Great technician!

Awesome service from ordering on line to getting the installation complete - the tech Christopher did a GREAT job - when the local auto parts store tells you they don't have mobile service....call this company they do and the local auto parts store just lost a sale shhhh

This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. After our battery failing on a cold St. Louis day (the temp was 2 degrees when our battery failed), we read reviews and Found 1-800-Battery. The company is focused on replacing batteries... felt simple enough. The technician arrived to our home with a different name than the technician assigned to our job in an unmarked, tinted car and immediately requested a tip. After showing him to our vehicle, he struggled with his own tools and at one point requested a nail. After he left, the car turned on... for 12 hours... and then failed again as my wife was driving our children home from school. We had to have AAA come out 5 days later. The technician reviewed the job and explained that the wrong battery had been installed and the technician force fit it into our vehicle (including bending some of the safety features that keep the battery safe). We'll never use this service again.

Great idea and service your technicians need an identifying uniform and ID the guy that came did not have anything for identification which I feel is mandatory in this day and times HE did a good job but was rather disarming looking

I ordered a new car battery from this service. I very highly recommend this company. I was kindly assisted in purchasing the correct item for my vehicle! The technician was highly knowledgeable and qualified. The delivery and installation was seamless and fully completed at my location. Again, considering everything, the experience was prompt, professional and cost effective

Excellent customer service! The battery tech was amazing and very personable. The battery was installed within 15 minutes. I definitely will recommend.

The company representative, Kinley Louissaint, was polite, professional and very thorough. He provided a new battery and installed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend both him and battery.com to anyone needing a battery.

my tech was very pleasant and friendly and changed battery very quickly and efficiently. the best part is he noticed my coolant reservoir was empty and the cap was missing. this save me a lot of trouble I could have had with my car and engine. I would highly recommend this company and my technician!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Issac, my technician was super professional, answered all my questions and was really just a good guy. I was very impressed with everything from beginning to end.

My son’s car battery died on Friday night and we called 1-800 battery on Saturday. They came and changed his battery. The tech was efficient and had it change in no time.

Service was great. Tech was professional and seems to have done a fine job.
Your web site and communications through it was confusing and frustrating. It all worked out well, but I got no responses to my inquiries.

I scheduled an appointment for between 8 AM and 10 AM to have a battery replaced. I did not receive any contact from the company so I called them when no one had contacted me by 10:30 AM. The tech showed up at 12:30 2 1/2 hours after the end of the schedule appointment time. Detect did a very good job and the battery got installed. Waiting that long screwed up my whole day.

I had the pleasure of having Manny take care of my Range Rover Velar by installing a new battery, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Despite the cold weather, he worked diligently and with great care to ensure the job was done accurately and efficiently. His professionalism truly stood out.

Manny has an amazing personality—friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, explaining each step of the process, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and personable in their work.

Warm kudos to Manny for a job well done! Highly recommend him for anyone needing top-notch service.

Installer was on time, knowledgeable and quick, much appreciated.
