Well worth the effort, life-changing

Although I was a bit sceptic at the beginning and worried that I will fail, it was all worth the effort and money. I have also learnt a lot about nutrition, and the importance of sleep and mindfulness, as well as the role fasting can play in my life in the long term. I also thought at first I will not need the weekly support meetings, but it proved to be well worth it to keep me motivated. This programme has changed the way I think about food, its nutritional value and its place in my everyday life.

This program helped me to get to my goal weight. The info you get is incredible helpful in understanding carb control and the choice of food you choose to eat. Every week there is a group discussion on what everyone achieved and not achieved that week. To be held Accountable helped me. Thanks 16hrsforlife

I am in my 4th week of the 16-hrs…

I am in my 4th week of the 16-hrs eating plan. I have found it extremely informative and helpful on my road to my ideal (mid-life) weight. I feel positive that the change in eating habits will help me keep the weight off.

16 Hourse for life

Shaun, and his program is not just another weightless program that you follow and then it's over. It's a program that helps you rethink what you put in your mouth and it affect your whole life.

Not only will you loose weight but you feel better, sleep better, have more energy for exercise, be more confident etc etc. It really changes everything.

It really is life changing and beliefe that this program will be beneficial to everyone even if you don't want to loose weight but just want to live healthier!

A Low carb eating program really work

A Low carb eating program really work. Ir takes time and courage to change eating habits but Shaun Waso from 16-hrs For life is there to guide and support you all the way with great advise and information during and after following his 3 month program. I followed the program in early 2025 and I can highly recommend this
program to gain knowledge and understanding of improving your health overall through focusing on eating nutritious and tasty foods.

This is it!!

I had been struggling to manage my weight after my diagnoses of MS, and years of cortisol treatment.
I have a bookshelf full of Diet books and I had tried them all. As you know, one loses weight just to put it all back on.

In 2022 things changed dramatically ,when I met Shaun and the 16-hours program.

The program is designed not only to assist you with permanent weight loss ,but also understanding why and how and what to keep in mind.

It has become a lifestyle to fast for 16 hours ,and focus on my carp intake.

It is super easy to not loose control,and evey year after Christmas, I go back on the fat burn stage,and lose the 2-3kg of Trifle and Christmas indulgence.

I started in 2022 on 95 kg and has lost 20 kg and maintain the 75kg effortlessly.

I have taken pictures of my 95kg person, and had put that up in my dressing room, just to remind me how far I had come.

I can never ever go back to that place being so overweight, and Shaun had given me all the tools necessary to understand and to maintain my weight.

In 2023 my MRI scan indicated that my MS is in remission. The neurologist was extremely impressed and confirmed that it is not a disease that can be healed, but eating nutrient dense food changed my body.

I am completely and utterly grateful ,that destiny brought me to Shaun and the program.

On old years eve of 2022 ,I had send Shaun a message , to thank him for giving me the key to my fat jail and changing my life forever.

It works

I have tried numerous weight loss programs in the past. This is the only one that actually changed my food psychology(the way I think about food). Although not following the the life style religiously anymore and only following certain aspects I haven't picked up all the weight I lost nearly 2 years after i stopped. Now back on the wagon. Looking forward to fresh experience and results...

More than just losing weight

Besides losing weight, as a diabetic type 2, I was able to stop using insulin and now only needing to take medication in tablet form with better controlled diabetes.

16 Hours For Life - Way of Life

The Host, Shaun Waso was incredibly knowledgeable on the technical aspects of the program.

Every aspect of the program worked well.

I followed the program diligently so that it now has become a way of life.

I started the program to address inflammation in my body and to improve my quality of life on retirement. I also wanted to counteract the pre-diabetic diagnosis of my wife by pulling along in the program.

The results were amazing. I lost 15% of my body weight within 6 weeks. My wife eventually also reached 15% body weight loss 3 months after the program officially finished.

I have stopped my anti-inflamatory medication altogether.

I have stopped cholesterol meds.

My blood pressure meds reduced to half dose every second day.

All in all we are ok good shape. We are eating well and are on a permanent intermittent fast of around 16-18 hours.

We do have lapses like today when we ate early and completely wrong, but will be back on track tomorrow.

We are enjoying weight numbers we last saw about 20 years ago. We exercise regularly and have good energy.

I have joint the 16hrs for life about…

I have joint the 16hrs for life about 8weeks ago. Since then I have lost about 7% of my weight. But weight loss is not the most important thing. I am feeling better, not bloated anymore. Have not used any pain medication for inflammation or pain. Groceries bill is less, less cravings. Clothes also sit more loose. It is becoming a habit, as I don't just want to do this for 12 weeks, but continue to do it.
