Best thing I ever did was doing the sleep challenge 🙏🏻

As a single working mum of 2 & the extra stress of trying to cope with a new online business as well as running my current one & daily life with the kids.My sleep was all over the place & I felt like I was close to burning out.
I had experienced a group training session with Angus via my coaching company(& was really impressed) & when I saw Angus had a sleep challenge I knew it was my only chance of getting proper advice & help from someone who genuinely wants to help people.

The sleep challenge course was the best thing I did as it educated me & opened my eyes to things I was doing throughout the day that were affecting my sleep.

The best part for me was the videos were a perfect length, not too long & not too short, each one had PDF’s & also summary’s at the end so it was really useful . I never felt overwhelmed with the information as it was just the right amount to cope with daily. (& having all the extra info was a huge bonus as it meant I could read it all in my own time & keep it to remind me what to do)

Angus has a really calm & great way of explaining things & his knowledge is out of this world .

I am no longer waking up as much as I was in the night & that’s all down to learning when to stop / slow down with fluids / what I eat etc…..& implementing the tools I learnt to help me throughout the course.

I can’t recommend this challenge enough & am currently trying to get all my mummy friends to do it too as I truly believe it will help them as much as it’s helped me change my routine/ attitude to getting better sleep.

Angus' 14 day sleep reset course is game-changing. He breaks everything down in an easy-to-understand way, and you gradually pick up tips and tricks to improve your sleep, making it simple to follow and easy to implement.

After struggling with my sleep for years, I now feel way more in control of my sleep and energy.

I have been naturally waking up earlier with more energy and feeling better rested, which has had a huge impact on my productivity and a positive knock-on effect on the rest of my life.

Massively recommend the sleep reset course for anyone looking to improve their sleep!

Angus is a fantastic coach and not only…

Angus is a fantastic coach and not only has my sleep drastically improved, but I feel so much more confident in navigating disruptions e.g. travelling, but how to respond to changes in my sleep data to get back on track. Angus was quick to respond to any queries and I would 100% work with him again in future. Thanks Angus!

I’ve just completed the 14-Day Reset…

I’ve just completed the 14-Day Reset Sleep Course, and it’s been a game changer.

I’ve got more energy, a better understanding of when my brain is at its sharpest for deep work in my business, and when I perform best in the gym.

I finally feel in sync with my body and it feels great.

Angus has been brilliant, always quick to answer any questions.

If you want to get more out of your day and operate at your best, I’d highly recommend it.

Changed my sleep for the better and…

Changed my sleep for the better and give me more of a schedule on a night time and a morning. Learned a lot about sleep in a short space of time and has give me tools to continue to improve my own sleep quality as well as my clients. Would definitely recommend if you’re someone who struggles with their sleep or wants gain more knowledge and education on the subject.
