⚠️ Fraud Alert: Don’t Trust This Website – Your Money Is Not Safe

This is one of the most fraudulent and untrustworthy websites I have ever experienced. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this platform if you value your money and peace of mind.

After making a deposit, the amount was never credited to my account, and there has been absolutely no proper support or resolution. Instead, they keep delaying with false assurances, making users wait for days or even weeks, only to finally deny the transaction and push the blame onto banks.

There is no accountability, no transparency, and no genuine customer support. You will not get your money back, and no one will actually help you resolve the issue.

I have already warned all my friends and contacts not to use this site, and I strongly recommend others do the same. This platform should be reported to prevent more people from losing their hard-earned money.

Deposit Stolen/Misplaced by Co-Pay payment channel – CSD Refuses to Escalate

To the 12BET Support Team and Management,

Let me ask you a very simple question: If I send you money for your mother, but you send it to a stranger instead—whose fault is that? The fault is yours. I followed your instructions; you failed to deliver.

In this case, your system instructed me to send 20,000 via your deposit page. I followed those instructions exactly. When I clicked submit to do deposit, your system performed redirects (Please check email, whatsapp, chat for the links)

Now, Co-Pay claims "another merchant" took the money. This is a total failure for several reasons:

Instructional Liability: If Co-Pay thinks the merchant/URL provided (12yengball.com) does not belong to you, how am I responsible? Your system generated that link. If your system redirects me to a "stranger's" ID, that is your technical error.

Exclusivity of Use: I do not use any other betting platforms; 12BET is the only site I use. The claim that "another merchant" claimed my deposit is impossible unless Co-Pay is misappropriating funds or your system is routing payments to the wrong accounts.

Internal Theft: If the account does belong to you, then Co-Pay had no right to allow another party to claim it. That is theft occurring inside their own system.

Co-Pay is responsible for this malpractice, but 12BET is responsible for the credit. I followed the path YOU provided. I will not accept any more scripted responses telling me to "contact the bank." My bank did their job; Co-Pay failed theirs.

I am now formally requesting an immediate escalation of case OT_DP17676566 to a Senior Manager.

Management Review of Evidence:

Direct Instruction: My video (Deposit_Reroute.mp4) proves your platform generated this specific payment path and the redirects sent via other communication channels.

Payment Verification: I have attached the QR scan (UPI_ID.jpg) and the PhonePe transaction receipt (PhonePe_Txn.jpeg). These confirm the payment was sent to the exact destination your system displayed.

I already shared my proofs via email, chat & whatsapp.

[Hello 12Bet, ​"Your latest response—claiming my funds were 'claimed by another merchant'—is a formal admission of professional negligence.

​By making this claim, you are admitting that your chosen payment channels tracked the unique transaction reference (UTR) generated by my bank, but allowed it to be misrouted.

​I am asking you a very simple question: Don't you think passing the financial burden of your own partner's technical mistake onto the customer is fundamentally wrong?

​Consider the facts of this systemic failure:

​Pattern of Misconduct: I am aware that many other users are losing money in this exact same pattern. This 'claimed by another merchant' or 'unable to track transaction' excuse is clearly a systemic tactic used across 12BET'S payment channels to misappropriate deposits. This is no longer an isolated glitch; it is organized financial misconduct.

​100% Internal Responsibility: I used the specific VPA/link provided by your website. If a transaction initiated via a 12BET request was 'claimed' or 'lost' by someone else, the error is 100% internal to your platform and your chosen payment channels.

​UTR is Absolute Proof: My bank generated the UTR as a digital receipt of a successful transfer. If your validation mechanism is so broken that it allows cross-merchant siphoning or 'loses' unique UTRs, that is a 12BET security breach, not a customer error.

​Ethical Misconduct: You have admitted the money exists and was tracked by your system. Choosing to tell me 'it's gone' or 'untrackable' instead of rectifying a mapping error within your own infrastructure is an act of intentional bad faith.

​The Bottom Line:
I have a acciunt with 12BET, not your third-party processors. If your chosen engine fails, you don't ask the passenger to pay for the crash. You are ethically and legally obligated to credit my account and settle the discrepancy with your payment channels internally.]

Why you people continue to ask "what's the status" with your payment partner Co-pay instead why they allowed some other merchant claim the fund?

Isn't that itself a violation? Isn't this something which requires attention of someone higher.?

Why your first level support not escalating anything? Even after talking to them for like hours, they have zero understanding of what is happening..

Now I see Co-pay taken out of deposit list of pay partners. This suggesting me something else going on.

The withdrawal gets rejected again and again and forcing us to use the ammount which we have won it's kind of a Scam according to me The deposit is credited in the account within 1 minute but the withdrawal takes 2 days to come this is not acceptable you need to improve that and the customer support is also a big minus there is no help from them they keep on repeating the same message again and again

After five minutes it was not approved later it was rejected

Then I contacted customer support

They ask me the screenshots of the payment page who will take screenshots of the payment page if u r suing it daily means

I clear mentioned I didn’t take any screenshot check with payment channel I requested after few hours they said that you you id doesn’t belongs to us they r saying

They are making customers fools

Don’t use 12bet already my friend suggested to use local apps

Better to use local agent apps

These apps are always fraud

Recieving from them also we are getting fraud money and our bank accounts getting blocked
