I have been using 123 Tix for two years now for Macquarie Marshes Kayak Tours.
The staff at 123 Tix are incredibly helpful. The booking system occasionally has a glitch but the staff are able to sort it out promptly.
When I phone 123 Tix, staff are always available during business hours - no waiting in a queue to speak to them.
The booking system isn't tailored for tour operators - but it is still the most user-friendly, low cost booking system I have come across, with excellent customer service.
