Excellent advice, fantastic customer care and after sales care. We bought a robot for our small pool. When it broke down after 1 months, they arranged a replacement directly via their supplier.

Fast and knowledgeable
Great business to deal with. From helping me select what heat pump I needed. Explaining the pros and cons for each model through to helping me with the extra connections needed to make it all work. Delivery was fast and on time. Highly recommended + thanks.

Sales advice and after sales support has been exceptional.
I bought a heat pump and from 123pools and I’m into my 3rd season. Before I bought, I had telephone and chat exchange that really helped demystify the process. They advised on power and bypass kits etc. The first pump was a bit damaged inside the box. No problem, changed within days. I had an error this season and the team talked me through some self diagnosis very patiently, eventually booking a service for me which was needed for a broken flow switch. Engineer arrived within 3 days. All covered under normal warranty. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fast delivery excellent customer service
The unit arrived well packaged and on time. The customer service and online help was absolutely marvellous the people I contacted were very helpful and understanding and helped me expedite the extra items I needed to complete my set up and despatched fast so as to get me up and running as soon as possible. I can not recommend them highly enough for product quality and ongoing support. Thank you so much.

I purchased a new Hot tub for my little boy, from ordering to receiving it. It was a little over 25hrs total!! I will definitely recommend this company and use myself again in the future.

Friendly service and quick delivery
The heat pump I purchased ended up being out of stock, but the company contacted me quickly to tell me and were very helpful in recommending alternatives. The delivery was very quick and easy to change dates.
