Absolute scumbags. Dont be expecting to get any winnings back from these conartists. I chose this company with worse odds than other gamblings sites because of their appealing bonus and their fake representation of 5 star trustpilot which it obviously isn't. On bonuses you have to wager their bonus 8 times to get any money back (pretty much impossible to win it as cash) and then if you try to withdrawer any of your cash winnings (from the cash you deposited in the first place) before that has happened, all of your bonus winnings and bonus are seized. Worst site out there, avoid.

No best odds, limited markets and of course the free bets to lure you in never appear. Leave well alone.

Literally downloaded the app when trying to access the app it's asking for permission to access my photos and videos on my phone what on earth does 10bet want access to the media on phone before I can access the app for it has no reason atall to ever need access to the content on my phone be careful people something is not right with this it won't let me access the app atall unless I give permission for them to have full access to photos and videos on my phone that's not right anyone of U who's signed to this company you have all given this app access to the media on you're phone there's no reason atall why this app should require access to photos or videos atall no other online casino requires this if I asked you for access to your camera roll and videos you would tell me where to go so why on earth are you allowing this company to infiltrate you're phones content wake up

Awful app and awful betting site as well. The app is so slow and many times just won't load at all. As for the company they'll just randomly restrict the stakes you can bet and provide no explanation at all. I'd go with literally any other betting site before you go with this.

I have been waiting 5 weeks now for my withdrawal of £10,500. I have uploaded all documents which was asked from me. I have also done a video verification. And 5 weeks later still nothing. All I am ever told is it’s with the relevant team and that I will be emailed as soon as they have any more information. This has been happening since the 15th of December 2023.
