Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. This company is wonderful to deal with. I have dealt with Rebecca, Andrew and Johanna and all were so helpful and professional. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks.

I am utterly disappointed with the…

I am utterly disappointed with the services provided by this company. I had high hopes when I decided to purchase a domain from them, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they take my hard-earned money without any hesitation, but they also failed to deliver the promised domain. It's been an excruciatingly frustrating week of waiting and chasing them for an update, only to be met with silence and empty promises.

Hi Fern,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. We deeply regret any misunderstanding that occurred about the refund you were expecting and the subsequent frustration it caused you.

Upon reviewing your case, we found that you had opened support tickets on the 7th, expressing your desire to cancel your .CO.TH domain registration due to the standard delayed registration time frame of 2 weeks. Our support representative promptly responded to these tickets, explaining that country domain extensions are not always instant like a .COM registration, and that we canceled your order as requested. Since it had been less than 24 hours since the purchase, we were able to void the transaction. However, there doesn't appear to be a time stamp indicating that you had read these responses.

We also noticed that you had opened additional tickets on the 11th and the 14th, reiterating your request for a refund. Our team once again responded, explaining that your payment had been voided the same day, therefore no funds were actually withdrawn from your account. We understand that your interactions with a different support agent on livechat might have caused confusion. Our support agent in chat was not fully informed of your situation and should have clarified the situation more effectively.

We will be taking your feedback seriously and implementing measures to ensure better communication and support in similar situations in the future.

If you still have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. If given the opportunity to work with you again we will do everything to make sure that your experience with us is a positive one moving forward.
