I have found all the staff that I have dealt with very efficient and helpful. As I am not very efficient at technology the staff have assisted me in processing the necessary paperwork for the sale of my property. I have received up to date information on the status of the sale regularly and any enquiries are dealt with promptly.

Harry and his team were very helpful from the start and were very clear with pricing, advice etc so I felt very well supported. I would recommend for sure and would happily use again.

We bought a house through iamsold auction site, however the local company doing the viewings were Jamie Witney from YourMove in Ramsgate.
Jamie was very accommodating with us needing several viewings, sometimes with short notice and he was incredibly helpful with sharing all the information he knew about the property. As buying through modern method of auction can be quite stressful, Jamie’s professionalism helped to ease this process.
I would highly recommend Jamie and his colleagues.

We recently purchased a bungalow which was advertised at Your Move in Wigton. We can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they were very friendly, helpful and professional, Jess who dealt with our purchase went above and beyond, answering every question she really knew her job, nothing was too much bother for her, she made the whole purchase very easy and stress free, she was an absolute diamond. After a bad experience with an agent who promised much but delivered little, I switched to Your Move, Whitton office. Branch manager, Alan Woods, was highly professional and gave honest and realistic advice re marketing of the property in a very challenging market. He, Kasia and Anish worked really hard contacting potential buyers. Their efforts secured multiple viewings resulting in six competing offers, which went to sealed bids. Following acceptance of an offer, Alan and Kasia kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. The sale was completed in just under 2 months, which was beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Alan and the team at Your Move Whitton branch.

Lack of communication

All the staff were so very professional and friendly. They dealt with the sale of my house swiftly, and worked at getting an excellent price. I can't recommend each one enough.

Do not use Your Move (LSL Group). They left our property in a mess (£90,000's worth). & just shrug their shoulders.

I've had a shocking and disgusting experience as a tenant. Promises to call me back with information and updates regarding my tenancy were hardly ever kept. Telephone handlers have terrible attitudes, are rude and refuse to do their job. It was extremely difficult to find out anything, but of course I had little choice but to persist due to the housing situation.

In the week before moving, I had to chase them to complete all the checks, confirm my move in date and hand in my keys. On my move-in day, 26th June 2023, I called yet again to ask the manager, Mark, when I could collect the keys. I explained to him I arranged for a man & van to help me move, and he asked me why & told me off...? I was shocked. Anyway, he went to check with their head office. A few hours later, I called again to confirm whether the keys would be made available to me that morning, and with the little time I had, it made me feel incredibly stressed. Mark then told me in a very condescending way that I wasn't the one making decisions and that I should be waiting for them to tell me when I could collect the keys... Fast forward to when I was on my way there, I called again and insisted I would need my keys as soon as I arrive, otherwise I would be keeping my moving company waiting with my belongings. This time, surprisingly, Mark didn't argue and agreed with me saying I could pick up my keys. How kind of him!

When I arrived at the Keighley branch, I was asked for a confirmation of my payment of the holding deposit - something I had done nearly 2 weeks prior - otherwise he wouldn't give me the keys. I cannot describe how angry, disappointed and stressed I felt in that moment. I thought, not only do I have to chase everyone to do their job, I'd also be stopped from taking what belonged to me if I didn't hand it to them on a silver plate? I eventually said I'd do it and took the keys, but with no intention of making this easy for them. They made everything extremely difficult for me.

When I entered the property, I realised nothing had been cleaned. My viewing was 3 weeks prior to moving, but nothing has changed - dirt, rubbish and a stack of letters were still there. At that point I felt so sick of the situation, I simply cried. The level of ignorance, laziness and incompetence was astonishing.

In the following few days, I called again to ask about who the current energy provider was. Again, no one knew and no call back as promised. I found out eventually when I decided to return the previous tenant's stack of letters.

I complained multiple times - also nothing. I believe they knew very well they were in the wrong. I eventually managed to get in touch with the area manager who was very apologetic and advised Mark was no longer employed there - but resolved nothing.

Fast forward to January 2025, I gave one month's notice I'd be moving out. Naturally, I was asked to clean the property before doing so - this had led to some back and forth in relation to my deposit, so I'd raised the matter with the deposit handler and after providing evidence to all of the above, I got my money back. To think YourMove/the landlord wanted to charge me an extra £200! I laugh in the face of adversity <3
