Great experience with Mark James who…
Great experience with Mark James who helped plan my kitchen from start to finish as well as visit my flat to check measurements. He was flexible, patient, knowledgeable and from just two appointments, I have an affordable, stylish kitchen booked in. Would highly recommend.

Well done Wickes
We had three companies quote for our new kitchen and decided that Wickes offered the colour and best guarantees that we wanted.We visited the Bournemouth store and Jane set up a home visit with designer Mark James who listened to our requests and also gave us some really useful guidance. After producing and agreeing the design and quotes WE decided to make substantial changes. Mark was amazing he redesigned and re quoted really quickly and managed to offer two new alternatives and we now have a beautiful kitchen which looks wonderful. Thanks Mark for your expertise and patience! We were so impressed he has also designed our new ensuite. He also recommended Crafted Carpentry for the installation, Pete, Carl and the team were superb there was a huge amount of restructuring to do they arrived early each day and guided us through each step they really are professional and always cleaned before they left. Once again thanks to all and would thoroughly recommend you to anyone thinking of a new kitchen.

Sullen and bored service from staff .
I called at Bournemouth store mid afternoon on Monday. Female assistant did not inspire me ,could not smile . Not a welcoming experience. As an apparent afterthought wished me a good day.
Observed a male employee loading a mature lady’s trolly with bags of stone on request but appeared to leave her to push the trolley?

Tom was very helpful
Tom was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, so we were put at ease right away. He gave us lots of options and didn't try to sell anything we didn't want or need. He backed the showroom visit up with a home visit, where he came up with a couple of fresh ideas. Although we haven't had anything installed yet we are very happy with the service we've had so far.

Kitchen planning appointment …
I recently had a kitchen planning appointment with Tom Burt at Wickes Bournemouth store and was very happy with my experience.
Tom was very professional and knowledge. Took time to listen to my ideas, made helpfully suggestions and came up with a great design for my kitchen.
I do hope installation and aftercare will be as smooth as planning appointment.
Great planning appointment as well as great price !

Extremely dissatisfied with Wickes
Extremely dissatisfied with Wickes' damaged product, unresponsive customer service, and rigid, unfair delivery policies. Will not shop here again.
