Initial contact was sketchy at best. A sales person, Sam, was very reluctant to give me very much info related to the trailers I was interested in and even more reluctant to give me an appointment. After explaining my situation several times he left me the impression I wither had an appointment or I didnot, even thought I assured him I would be there. He insisted I had to have a response to a text mssg. to confirm or the appointment would not be registered. I have no texting capabilities on my phone and told him I was not going to involve others in my business.

I arrived on time for my appt. and was met by a person, whose name I do not recall. When he asked who my appt. was with I replied "Sam" and was informed he had just left for lunch. The person on the lot left to find someone else to assist me and I started to look at trailers in the category interested in. A young man, Justin, came out to greet me and engaged me in a very complete intro to the products in the category I was interested in. Justin patiently took me through the available units and accessory possibilities. I made a choice and followed through with the purchase. I discovered Justin and I were both Navy veterans and our experiences were quite different in the service

I would hope that you know what a fine young man you have working for you and representing your company. I will recommend Trailer Plus and Justin, but would steer people away from "Sam"

Great experience! I’m very happy with my trailer. The phone staff was very helpful. The guys at the office/yard in Bakersfield were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely recommend TrailersPlus to anyone looking to purchase a trailer.

Had to make an appointment,Andrew was there and waiting and new exactly what we were looking for.Did a complete explanation of the functions of the dump trailer.Went over all the features and functions great to deal with.This is the second trailer we have purchased from him and will buy our next one from him.

Overall, very satisfied with trailer. Only complaint might be a lot of waiting: wait at the gate, wait for authorization (sale price, debit card), wait for signing of documents, wait for trailer check-out, etc., etc.

Absolutely filled my need...I didn't have an appointment....but they still let me in and sold me the trailer (I did not have on reserve) and I brought it home.
Trailer pulled home very good. Had several accessories I needed also I would have had to go elsewhere to get (windows & frames).

Was very happy with the whole process. No problems and I added an item and it was installed fast. It was nice to have him go over everything on the trailer and step by step hitching up and other good tips.

The guys in grand jct. Colorado where very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. Great people

Very professional and very knowledgeable! I was there for 60 minutes and left with a brand new trailer with no buyers remorse because they answered every question I had.
