Really? Can't have more than one customer at a time on your several acre open air lot?
Didn't even want to look, knew what I wanted, had the financial aspect completed. Sign paperwork, hook the trailer up and leave. I would have even sat in my truck while that was done just to appease the "wokeness" and "virtue signaling". But nope.
Called a competitor, told me to come on in. Even though they had several transactions going, they sold me a trailer and appreciated my business. Simple and easy.
And regarding their response, their own website recommends appointments. Doesn’t say appointments only.

In reference to Trailerplus located in Springfield, MO. The "Best" trailer I've ever bought and owned thus far in my life. Rugged, solid, reliable, etc. Owned it for 3 years and when they serviced it, it only required very minor adjustments and replacement bulbs. They went out of their way to take care of us. Never been more satisfied! Wish other businesses followed their model of customer first satisfaction.

John got me right!! I believed that I was coming outta pocket large but after everything was done, I was like "That's it!" LOL. But I purchased my trail in October 2020. And overall customer service was great any questions that I had he had no problems answering them. Even I left I still had a few questions, I felt a little worrisome but just wanted to make sure everything was all good and it was. Here I am a few months later and still happy with trailersplus.

I have been dealing with TrailerPlus for over a year now and every single time has been great! Andrew at the Chattanooga Branch is wonderful and Dawni at the Home Office is fantastic, she was very patient with me as I learned about what it takes to build a trailer. Andrew is always pleasant to deal with and never seems bothered to help with my small, and probably irritating, questions. I just got an email reminding me to get my free annual maintenance. Purchasing my trailer was easy and the financing team is great! I looked into many different brands but decided on TrailersPlus because they have been around the longest and were the ONLY dealer that wasn't out of someone's front yard. It's a strange business...the trailer buying business...but they have it down and are the most qualified (in my opinion). I hope to be purchasing another trailer from them in the future.

It's taken me a year to write this due to the craziness of 2020 but I remember the excellent service we received from the folks in Gilroy. The Interstate Trailer is a great trailer and we appreciate the quality craftsmanship in its construction. Thank you.
Did get a very good price on a Carry-On…
Did get a very good price on a Carry-On Trailer and the transaction went smoothly. However the right rear brake had water damage and stuck on. This was the Manufacturer fault and replacement parts covered by the warranty. The new brake drum was installed without a rear bearing. I had to bring the trailer back and they did install the missing bearing. I left with my brake controller showing a short in the main wire believing the problem was in my truck. However I discovered the wires to the replaced brake were crossed and shorted and a tang washer was improperly used as a spindle nut lock and the spindle nut was loose. Fixed problems myself. Informed manager of the problems. I hope they get their internal problems addressed.
Sub Standard Build Quality. Disappointed.
I purchased a 12x6 enclosed Interstate Loadrunner trailer in Reno, NV. The staff was good and buying was made easy. As far as trailer quality goes it was sub standard. The driver side fender is not centered over wheel, there are a half dozen scratches in paint that somebody has failed at trying to cover up with touch up paint, the rear barn style doors do not close very easily as hinges are bent and bottom of door does not seal properly, the decking inside of trailer is loose, the paint on the frame, doors, and hitch is thin and chips very easily. The sun has faded the paint within a mater of a few weeks, the trailer does tow straight but frame and leaf springs squeak really bad and not what you would expect from a new trailer. Disappointing to say the least. Enclosed trailers were very difficult to find during these times with the virus so i did have to settle for a trailer with a 4" drop axle which is no fault of Trailers Plus but when i asked for a quote on a non drop Dexter 3500 lbs axle with electric brakes i was quoted almost $1000 which is ridiculously high and can be found easily for under $400 for the same exact 3500 lbs Dexter Axle with electronic brakes . For a brand new trailer that cost over $4200 there should ne zero manufacturing flaws. The build quality of my trailer is awful and should not have been sold as a new trailer. I expected more from a reputable company like Trailers Plus and Interstate Trailers. Now im stuck with a sub standard trailer that I now know I over paid for.

horrible customer service
horrible customer service, they hooked up my trailer wrong causing it to fall off on the way home. I have contacted multiple times and will get responses sporadically but no satisfying solution has been offered. Now we are filing in court.
THE ABSOLUTELY WORK COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Let me start with, I normally do not write reviews. But if this review can save just one person from going through the frustration and aggravation we went through, then it’s done its job. The horrible experience began with trying to gain access to Trailers Plus in Phoenix. Made an appointment for a Saturday morning and were told to call the number on the sign when we arrived (gates locked). After driving an hour and a half, we get to Trailers Plus, sit on the busy street, car running, while we call the number on the sign....for 20 minutes. No one answered. Finally saw a mechanic on the premises, ran across lanes of traffic asking him to open the gate, which he did. There were 2 sales people and 2 customers already there. So why the appointment??? We wandered the lot a bit looking for a trailer, found the one we wanted. When it was finally out turn, we went through the arduous process of purchasing the trailer. We were nickel and dimed...several items displayed on the trailer were "add ons". Not disclosed in the write up of the trailer and not disclosed until we were almost through with the purchase process. We paid cash for the trailer. After 4 hours there, all we wanted to do was get a trailer, get out of there, and go home. It wasn't until I looked at the paperwork the next day that I realized they charged us the "credit" price rather than the "cash" price. Not a huge amount of money but none the less, money rightfully owed to us. Called the following Tuesday (they are closed Sundays & Mondays) and was told they'd look into it. Look into it? We clearly overpaid. Well, a week goes by and we hear nothing. I try calling the Phoenix location, the corporate office, every location but all calls are routed through a horrible customer service center. They too were of absolutely no assistance. Weeks go by with countless unanswered phone calls. Finally receive a phone call that they decided to give us a refund. They decided??? We were owed the refund for they overcharged us. OK, that's over with, we received a refund check a week or so later. Second time trailer is used, 2 tires get flat spotted. We bring the trailer back to Phoenix (mind you every trip is 3+ hours round trip) for them to service. Get a call a week or so later that trailer is ready. Go back to Phoenix, tested the trailer in the yard to find out the issue has NOT been fixed. So we leave the trailer and return home. It's several weeks before we hear anything to find out the trailer brakes have a short in them which definitely caused the tires to flat spot. Parts were on order. For several weeks we received no updates. We called several times asking for updates and ETA of repair. No return phone calls. Finally, after maybe a month or so, we get a call that the trailer is ready. We pick the trailer up and yes, it is now working properly. But, we're out the cost of 2 new tires because of faulty trailer brakes on a brand new trailer. Called last week asking to speak with whomever can process a refund for the tires. Was told Phoenix location would get back with us within 24 to 48 hours. Let's see, it's now been close to 168 hours and haven't received a phone call. Call customer service center again asking to speak with someone in corporate or someone who can authorize the refund. Response....someone will get back with you. Yeah, right. Like that will happen. I am so frustrated with this company. I so wish we had purchased from another company but after spending 4+ hours at Trailers Plus, we just wanted to get a trailer and go home. Buyer beware! Learned my lesson. Anyone want to take bets as to whether or not I'll get refunded for the 2 new tires I had to buy for a brand new trailer with faulty brakes???? Would love for someone in Corporate, say CEO, to call to discuss all the issues outlined above. Again, taking bets as to whether or not that will happen.

the people at the Olympia store great service lots of problems with my trailer and they are trying to take care of it but for the trailer itself carryon no to grate would recommend spending the little extra for a interstate trailer
No honor in this company
I was seeking a trailer in a hurry. I called and ask for a trailer to suit my needs. after feeling like I was getting scammed on the pricing. I still bought the trailer. Turns out its not rated for my needs after I told them what I need.
