I took my electric bike on spec to Harrogate to see if they could help with fixing a trailer I had bought to the axel. Kurt was exceedingly helpful - he listened to my problem - looked at my bike - found a solution - fitted the appropriate piece and did it all with excellent knowledge and customer service. Whenever I have had a problem - I have rung up and they have always been helpful.

Delivery of the bike after 11 working days to the shop I contacted the shop and they had it ready for me the next day. They did a very good hand over in regard to the bike and the different settings, I took my own pedals and they put these on for me while a waited. All Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Online central team ignored WhatsApp warranty video for a year.

"I bought a Haibike AllMtn 3 online from their Central operations. Less than 30 days after receiving the bike, I formally reported severe rotational play in the cassette via WhatsApp and sent clear video proof of the defect. I explicitly warned them at the time that this factory defect would place destructive strain on the rest of the high-torque drivetrain.A year has passed and I have been completely ignored, with absolutely no response to my statutory warranty claim. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this bike was not of satisfactory quality on delivery. Because the shop ghosted my messages, they are liable for the damage.I have now sent a formal Final Notice email to their central management. I expect a senior manager to contact me immediately to arrange a full repair of the freehub and drivetrain, or I will take this straight to Trading Standards and the Small Claims Court."
Update,
"Thank you for acknowledging receipt of my email and the timestamped WhatsApp evidence. As the manufacturing defect was reported within the first 30 days of delivery, I look forward to receiving a formal proposal from your management team early next week to resolve this statutory claim."

The bike needed a replacement display. No problem. It was covered by the warranty. It was delivered quickly.

Very professional with lots of knowledge about bikes. Nathan was great and helped me through the purchase process of a new bike. Would recommend the shop, range of bikes and customer service to everyone.

Nate and his colleagues in this store have been very helpful in finding the right bike as well as sorting a couple minor issues out after receiving the bike despite being very busy! Can’t recommend this place any more. 😊

Everything went smoothly, from ordering online on the Sunday evening (after checking reviews as I'd never heard of the company) to delivery on the Friday. The ebike I had chosen was well packaged and arrived quickly. I chose this company over others as they had a sale on the particular model I wanted. Free insurance for first month was a bonus. Thank you!

Gabe was very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of Cube bikes including key questions about battery life and motor longevity while Richard answered my other wuestions around cost and model differences Two experts made my visit to the Electric Bike Shop a pleasure and gave me confidence about a purchase and after sales....

Bad experience, abysmal customer service.

Bought an electric bike from the Bristol store and couldn’t be more pleased! All of the staff in the store couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. When I collected my bike Rich was such a great help in going through the bike and answering any questions I had as it was my first electric mountain bike. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Their advice and knowledge is great, would not hesitate to go back!

Don't even know where to begin with this.spent nearly £2500 on a cube reaction pro 750 at the end of June 2024.ive hardly used it due to a serious back injury but my issue is I went out for the first time in months yesterday and my front cassette near pedal just literally buckled! I contacted wilmslow ebike shop and they said they cant pick up for repair and to bring it in to shop!! How? Its literally 12 miles away and bike is completely unridable !! Not the best service!! This bike hasn't even done enough miles to warrant its first free service!! Absolutely appalling pass the buck customer service and for a bike that cost £2500 and has done 240 miles in TOTAL for this to happen is appalling service and the components to buckle as they did on such an expensive bike is truly shocking and extremely concerning.waiting to hear back after 2 phone calls to the bike shop then I will seek legal advice after I contact cube themselves! Doesn't exactly fill you full of confidence in them does it!!! Genuinely shocked at the bike the service the shop and cube!!! So as you can see from the reply not much help or after service from them on a £2500 bike! Very poor customer care. I now have to arrange for someone to deliver bike to them for a component fault on something you think would be reliable considering how expensive it was!! Absolutely shocking tbh !! Spending such an amount i would have expected better for my money! Absolutely incredulous at the electric bike shop treatment of customers once they have your money!!

We had a great experience with Gabriel and his colleague today. We were able to test ride the bike of our choice and Gabriel rode with me as I was a bit nervous.

Everyone was really patient in allowing me time to choose colours and accessories. The staff are extremely knowledgeable.

We came away with an itemised list of all the products we had liked best to have a think about.

No pressure and very helpful experience.

Easy and helpful even when making a return refunded as soon as it took delivery

Just wanted to share a great experience with the team at The Electric Bike Shop in Nottingham! We rang them up yesterday morning to see if we could try a few models, and they sorted us out later in the afternoon. Jack was incredibly helpful, showing us around the bikes, and we ended up buying a £2,600 Raleigh Novus. Nate did a quick pre-delivery inspection on the spot so my wife could ride it home, and Chris, the manager, kept an eye on everything to make sure we were completely happy. Brilliant service all round!
