So Helpful
I went to Mid Sussex and, unfortunately, they were completely useless, so I decided to try SIG, as my roofer uses them.
Chris was so helpful to me and my partner and managed to get the stock we wanted.
Gary was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the vent and adapter we needed, just when things were looking bleak.
Excellent, friendly staff with great knowledge and customer service. They couldn’t have done enough to help. Highly recommended!

I have just been in the Norwich Branch and was Greeted by MARK on the front desk. His knowledge on Swiss Pearl Cement Lap board was 100%. And he gave me all the relevant brochures. And I will be pleased to purchase all my materials with him for renovating my holiday home this week.

Thoroughly count your delivered slate
We ordered 500 premium quality slate and we were assured on ordering that they supply extra to allow for damaged slate arriving.
Only 490 arrived and we thought it was probably a counting error. We could also see a few outside specification along with a few damaged as expected.
Email after email has only resulted in them working harder in avoiding supplying more than the 10 missing. Even though they admit in writing that 2 to 3 % are normally damaged.
It may be trivial but it means they are gaining over 4% on orders way over a thousand pound.
Update
Sophie has suggested contacting them but has provided no contact details. I have wrote to them on info@ sigroofing.co.uk and one-warranty@ sigplc.com asking for an explanation. They have not replied.
I ordered 500 slate. Only 490 were delivered. 15 were damaged. 3 were over size and 3 under sizes. So only 459 good slate.
I am still waiting for 31 good slate.
Update 3 weeks after delivery
35 slates delivered. Persistent pays and i have updated the review. Still don't know their deliveries guidelines.
