Safestore - Feltham Anmeldelser 

I used the Safestore Feltham store DHL facility for posting some documents to India and the service offered by Safestore was hassle free and very friendly.
The service offered by Lyanne was very good.She had a good understanding of the process and was very friendly.

Very good customer service

I chose Safestore because of their reputation for good customer service and because the location suited my needs. Unfortunately, the customer service is exactly where things fell apart.

I submitted all of the required documents to initiate a contract on December 22nd. On December 23rd, I received a message asking for one final item and was told that the contract would be sent the following week. As of January 9th, having still not received a contract or any further communication, I chose to cancel the reservation.

Since then, I have still not received any response to any of my messages.

What’s particularly concerning is that Safestore requested sensitive personal documents and has not confirmed whether those have been deleted on their end.

I understand that teams can be busy, but being completely unresponsive for weeks, especially when personal information is involved, is not acceptable. Safestore’s reputation for customer service is what initially drew me in, and unfortunately it was also the reason I decided not to move forward.

This experience fell well below the standard I expected from a company that promotes itself on the basis of its customer service.

UPDATE: As of January 13rd, someone from the storage has responded to communication, apologised and confirmed deleting my sensitive documentation.

Very good company

I wish there was half or no star as I would prefer to give that. Horrible customer service, never answers the call, I have always spoken to head office (they can do only little to help) they take the call back number but never received call back. No acknowledgment email reply to notice given email. No acknowledgment email for closing the account. I spoke to 3 staffs only when the invoice were due and all 3 were NOT SUITABLE for Customer service. Even after setting up direct debit even way before the actual storage period started still messages were bombarded with overdue invoice with late charges. When I finally spoke to manager she said she can see the direct debit but don’t know why it was not set up, again following month same senario. I AGREE WITH BEN (previous reviewer). they charged me too for whole invoice rather than 2 weeks notice period. I myself have worked for SAFETSTORE HANWORTH for 5 years but never have been such a poor service.

Helen was very nice in showing me the rooms I was interested in and going into detail of the renting of a room.She was clear and precise. Sayid was also helpful.
