Rowlands Pharmacy Anmeldelser 

I went to my local Rowlands pharmacy in Benllech, North Wales. I required an iodine non-adherent wound dressing. I was informed that one dressing would cost £4.80. This was a 3M Inadine dressing.
I later checked online and found that varies suppliers charged between £0.70 and £1.00 per dressing for the exact same dressing.
How do Rowlands justify such a disgraceful mark-up of around £4.00 on each dressing?

Lauren was very professional and made me feel really comfortable. You would never have known that I was her first patient as she done amazing ! 🙂

Fantastic friendly exceptional service.

I got a recent prescription off my doctor and when I questioned when it would be ready - the staff here went all out to make sure it was ready the same day. They were so friendly.
Also -- I was struggling to find a suitable time to make an appt for my husbands flu jab. He works full time Mon to fri - the lady i spoke to made my husband an appt for saturday just gone -- AND ACTUALLY CAME IN ON HER DAY OFF - JUST TO GIVE HIM HIS FLU JAB.

It really is exceptionally friendly service here - the staff go all out where they can and it can really make people's life easier sometimes.

I popped into the pharmacy today and the response was fantastic. A very nice man that works there helped me by opening the door so I could drive in with my wheelchair.
I asked for the flu and covid jabs and within less than 5 minutes I was in the privacy of room 2 where both jabs were administered in the space of a minute. On the way out the nice man opened the door for me once more and I was on my way. That was the first time I had been there and on first impressions nothing about it could be faulted at all. If only all pharmacies were more like this.

Had my covid and flu jabs this morning. Very professional and friendly service. The jabs were painless!

I went to see Lauren to discuss weightloss support/medication, I usually get quite upset and self conscious when speaking about my weight but Lauren put me at ease right away. She was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly approachable and easy to talk to. Lauren has a wealth of knowledge and I feel completely supported and excited to embark on my new journey knowing that I will be having regular check-ins and support from Lauren and the wider team. Thank you again Lauren for making what is usually an awful anxiety filled experience into the first conversation I've had about my weight being positive and enjoyable.

I don't know about other Rowlands Pharmacy's but the branch in Millom was first class. I forgot my medication when I came to Cumbria for a holiday and they helped with an emergency prescription for me. Staff were lovely.

Will always use this pharmacy, friendly staff that have always gone over and above to help me with my medication queries ect.

It’s very worst service.
They don’t maintenance the serial number.
My waiting time for a medicine more than an hour. They don’t care.

They never have items needed in stock. Prescriptions take days to be made up or even ordered, twice they have lost a prescription "in the cloud" I won't use them any longer

Seen by pharmacist within 5 minutes and given a treatment through pharmacy first. Worsening advice was clear and helpful.

The Pharmacist at Highland Rd Southsea who answers the phone talks very fast. I spoke to them this morning to find out when my prescription would be ready as when I talked to them last night they were closing and she was abrupt and did not give me a chance to ask this. She barely gave me a chance to confirm they had my prescription. When I spoke to her today she claims she did ask if my prescription was urgent - this did not happen. The woman barely spent 10 seconds talking to me yesterday. She claims she did, this did not happen. I am considering changing Pharmacy, this person maybe busy but this is very poor customer service and found them dismissive and rude

Appalling customer service!
Today I went into the Woking branch of Rowlands Pharmacy and was met with the worst customer service attitude I have ever experienced. Whilst trying to get to the bottom of missing medication the manager was standoffish, rude and completely dismissive! In the end I chose to walk away as her rudeness was causing the conversation to escalate and I did not want to cause a scene! To make it even worse I tried to apologise and explain my point of view as to why I was frustrated and even expressed that I was not angry at the manager and totally understood where she was coming from. Despite this I was still belittled and made to feel like the aggressor so I simply thanked the manager and wished her a good day! (What made it worse was her attitude when I asked for the manager and was met with the rudest “I am the manager” as if to intimidate me to not complain - WRONG!)
I have been so appalled by this that I have written a formal complaint to the CEO.
People visit pharmacies because they need meds and that can make them feel vulnerable, treating them poorly gets you absolutely nowhere!
I will be changing pharmacies too! Stay way from Rowlands - St John’s, Woking

Very impressed. I belatedly realised that I was going abroad on holiday in a few days time and would run out of my medication whilst away. As soon as Rowlands acknowledged receipt of my prescription I contacted them to explain my situation and they immediately fast tracked things for me. Within three hours I had an email from Royal Mail advising that my package would be delivered the next day.

It was Barrhead branch.
Wonderful staff especially Lynne she has never disappointed me. Always helpful. Thank you
