We recently upgraded our soundbar to the 2025/6 Samsung Q990F SOUNDBAR, Richer sounds as usual were excellent in dealing with our purchase. From the initial phone call to receiving our soundbar 2 days later, after having this soundbar now for 2 weeks ( Bought early May 2026 ) we are very pleased with it after tweaking it and calibrating it the Bar has excellent ATMOS & DTS-X sound and as for the dual subwoofer it really is a top tier Bar. The staff have been excellent throughout our purchase and this is why after 40 years of shopping with this company we don't go anywhere else, so all told We highly recommend Richer sounds for all your electric needs, thanks from Richard & Ernie in Manchester.

I ordered the TV through customer sales and it was delivered within a couple of days. Process was very easy and the Tv was delivered within the time slot and into the living room. It was easy to put up, put the stand together screw it to the back of the TV and put it in place. The only setup problem I had was with WIFI as it has its own set of Location details, once entered it connected.
The picture quality was brilliant especially on Freeview SD channels. Old programs Dads Army etc. looked very good.
The remote control is taking a lot of getting used to. buttons on my old LG remote, Info, Switching input, Screen Ratio, seem to have been replaced by lots of menus and it takes a while to find them. Also I cant find how to switch from Freeview to Freesat. The obvious place for this would be the TV/Inputs screen, but I haven't found a way to add it.

Bought by telesales to avoid soulless online experience. Spoke to very professional and friendly salesmanager (Vic). Everything went perfectly and he arranged exact delivery schedule which was met.

Transaction was smooth, delivery was quick however the product description on the web site was wrong, in two different ways. Whilst the errors (no remote included, no FM Tuner/DAB) were significant, I ended up keeping the product

I had to deal with Richer Sounds Telesales to arrange a purchase because I live in a remote part of the UK. I spoke with John who was very professional and who sorted everything out for me. The Naim product arrived within 3 days which given the destination was amazing. I will definitely be using Richer Sounds again.

Ordered a Hisense 32in freely TV after a little research, called the sales line and spoke with a friendly sale member who price matched another store and then gave me an extra 10% TV arrived the next day and it couldn’t have been any easier to purchase a TV. Product arrived safely and we like it. But it would be good to know why we cannot order it online but have to go through a convoluted albeit very polite process to make the order.
