The sales person was very helpful in selecting the product, which was delivered the following day as promised.
Excellent service!

Great helpful team with supportive aftercare support when resolving technical issues

Always loved Richer Sounds. Been using them for 30 years (give or take) and their service remains the same. Top quality products sold by friendly, knowledgeable staff who are on hand for all my questions. I also love they don’t push the sale, they are just very very helpful. Well done Richer Sounds…here’s to 30 more years 🥂

Great service

Excellent service, good advice, quick delivery. Have now placed two orders and great experience both times.

Rory, from the Reading store was amazingly helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I will definitely shop with Richer Sounds again.

Great service, great products and value for money.

Needed new wireless speaker. Was able to bring my old one and preferred new one which they sourced from another shop and compare for 30 mins using my own music from iPhone. I bought new one and once home it was excellent. Nice job. Dave

Helpful, technical information and informative.

CD player delivered into store for pick-up one day earlier than scheduled. Call from store to advise and easy pick-up.

Great customer service as ever from Richer Sounds in Reading, especially Rory who pointed me in the right direction when choosing my next TV.

James was exceptionally helpful. Ordered on a Sunday, arrived Monday.

Very good as usual. Not sure who courier was used but the driver threw all of the packets/boxes around the van when trying to dig out the speakers. Did not seem to be bothered when I asked if he was not concerned anything breaking. Just shrugged.

Knowledgeable staff who provided excellent client service

On entering the shop, I was instantly greeted by friendly staff, they were knowledgeable and helpful. They offered products to suit my needs. The unit I purchased is excellent. Perfect for my system. Richer Sounds was a recommendation from my brother, he was full of praise for your shop, and I have to agree. Thanks for your service and quality range.

Great selection and knowledgable staff

My LG OLED was showing screen burn after 4 years. Richer customer support was excellent despite my fit of anger at the situation. They recommended not going on the OLED route again but as LG now offer a 5 Yr warranty against screen burn I have bought a new G series. Delivery was next day.

Helpful service in store. Great TV product purchased. Excellent installation service arranged through Richer Sounds.

The product that I wanted at the price I expected. Faster and better delivery than anticipated. Win Win!

Friendly service and advice. A good range of stock.
Superb next day delivery on one item that was out of stock at the shop.

Trading up my amp was easy. I did not get too much for the trade in but I got a great deal on an open box REL subwoofer, which more than compensated for the shortfall.
