Excellent advice and demonstration from Daniel, DM019 in Guildford which was followed up by an email. I planned to purchase direct from the Guildford store but was not able to return due to work committments so purchased on line. However the advice in store was essential.

Went in with a clear vision of getting a record player, but with no specific model in mind. The guys were really informative and patient. When I phoned up later that day to purchase what I wanted (needed 😉) they made sure I got exactly what I came in for.
Also my stuff got delivered a day earlier than expected so that's always a win.

Anyway the record player and speakers are mint and I'm really grateful to everyone on the shop x

Very helpful advice from Roland at the Guildford store followed up by a quote sent to me by email led to me ordering (online from Richer Sounds) a networked amplifier that has proved to be a great success. Well done and thank you.

As usual Richer Sounds gave me the best price I could find anywhere and quality of service and delivery speed were second to none. I will always go back to Richer Sounds if they have what I am after even if I can find it for a bit less elsewhere (which I think from my past experiences is unlikely). The 6 year warranty they give is also unbeatable.

I went in looking for a music streamer. I was able to discuss what my needs were with staff who understood the options and were able to confirm that what I wanted to do was practical. The streamer I initially wanted was out of stock but they recommended an alternative. I bought it and installed easily at home. Good result.

Ordering on line very easy and it came very quickly

1. Non-pushy sales person/expert. Didn't try to get me to buy the "next model up".
2. Did not have the AV receiver in store but ordered and arrived in 2 days.
3. Accepted Blue light card.
4. Nice, clean environment (Guildford)

I used them to buy a television. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and slightly cheaper than elsewhere. I had looked at some models online and found the specifications vague, but a quick phone call and all was quickly solved. The third party installer that they sent was very good and not expensive.

Great advice. Good stock levels. I'll be back for sure.
